De bruger desværre ups til at levere med. UPS er verdens mest ustabile og utilregnelige distributør. Havde jeg vidst de brugte dem, havde jeg handlet et andet sted. Jeg er hjemme i dag, for at tage imod, da de skrev den kom i dag og vi bor i opgang. Kl. 14 ca, får jeg så en mail, at den er forsinket og først kommer i morgen. Hvorefter jeg forlader matriklen. Ca. 16:15, får jeg en mail, at nu står den foran døren. Hvor jeg så ikke er hjemme. Det er så horribel ringe service og det er det altid! Med UPS.

Still no luggage after more than a month
I have ordered a luggage on April 4th, still nothing. I contacted them twice by email. They answered it got sent again but no tracking link yet. No phone number to actually talk to someone. I had to use this website because I got a coupon after my luggage got damage by the airline after a trip. I don't recommend using it.

I ordered a suitcase and accessories
I ordered a suitcase and accessories on January 2nd. Shortly after, I received the accessories, but the suitcase, which I need, has still not been delivered. I contacted the company, and they promised to get back to me quickly, but that hasn’t happened. This is truly poor service. Had I known they couldn’t deliver the suitcase, I would never have completed the purchase. I cannot recommend shopping with them.

Excellent service! Be mindful this website is selling genuine luggages outside of the UK, based in Denmark so if you are in a hurry dont expect next day delivery service. Purchased mine and wifes Samsonite luggages for our overdue long haul flight away. I chose rolling luggage to take advantage of the 10% off my first order. The luggages came within 5 days of ordering via UPS complete with tracking. I must highlight due to technical issues paying via PayPal portal, my order was put through twice so I ended up getting charged twice also. By the time I realised I have already received multiple emails of dispatched tracking numbers to confirm luggages are already on they're way. So I called customer service based in the UK (London I think) explained the situation to the rep and was briefly put on hold then he reassured me with instructions to simply reject the delivery of the duplicate items when it arrives so it can be returned. Refund issued once the process is complete. Apart from the minor issues it was worth the 10% off and the competent customer service gave me a positive experience, not to forget the luggages arrived at a timely manner.
