Beware - Seriously
Historically I was a happy customer for a number of years, but then the company changed ownership. I discovered that I could not find out when my membership ended! I cancelled the renewal for my membership and ignored all the attempts to bring me back as a customer. Today I saw an offer from them that seemed reasonable and I decided to buy the offer of NNTP and VPN combination for a reasonable price. Once in the membership area I found that the VPN was provided by a third party, not in itself a huge problem, but the lack of support documentation and a complete lack of support for Linux are. I decided to ask for the refund they promised I would be able to get within 30 days as I had only been active for 15 minutes. Rude awakening, I was told "We have forwarded this request to our billing specialist to be reviewed. You can expect an update on this matter within a few business days. " What? Even a corner shop can process a refund. It is a VPN service not a hip replacement. Seriously everyone, avoid this company until they make some badly needed changes.

Prima provider, service niet geweldig.
Heb al jarenlang geen problemen met het gebruik. Maar wel met de klantenservice. Deze is vaak zeer traag in antwoorden en dan krijg je zelfs nog antwoorden die standaard zijn en nergens op slaan.

Mixed experience. This was my first time using Usenet, and I was glad to find a provider with such long retention. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get what I was actually looking for to work. Something odd was going on with the payment page. The cancel link didn’t actually go anywhere, so I had to contact customer support just to cancel my subscription. That was pretty inconvenient, and I have no idea why the link was broken. I tried two different browsers and my phone with the same result. Since they advertise a “30-day refund, no questions asked,” I figured I’d try that, but they refused and said my plan wasn’t eligible. That’s strange, because their website doesn’t say the refund is restricted to certain plans. They also claimed I had used the service too much (even though I only actively used it for 3 days), which kind of defeats the whole “no questions asked” idea. They should really fix that. To be fair, I did download a lot of data in the few days I used it, so I can’t completely say I wasn’t satisfied with the service itself. Still, not being able to cancel your own subscription is a pretty big inconvenience and something they should address. And don't make up random terms on the spot. TLDR: Don't put any value in their "30-day money-back guarantee". They'll make up never before mentioned conditions just to not have to honor it. (ie. "Doesn't apply to monthly subscriptions" "You've used too much data already"). If you are not going to abide by it, then don’t offer it.
