They provide nothing but fud articles, when you see benzinga, it’s always negative news by there wallstreet bucketshops to push prices down for shorts, they need to be investigated and shut down, possible criminal charges should be implemented immediately, don’t trust benzinga at all, I hope this bs research company gets shut down

This service can be informative …
This service can be informative at times but they also influence stocks with a bias. Is it for stock manipulation? Are they taking money from others who use them to make stocks moves to their favor? If it was unbiased stock news I would not have a problem with them.

Incorrect fees being deducted
I had a subscription for years which included a discount that was meant to be applied (I have the email from Benzinga to confirm this). The last 2 years Benzinga overcharged me by double what they were meant to but they did to their credit refund me the incorrectly charged amount. This year they tried to deduct nearly $2,000 even though I confirmed with them 3 times via email and their chat function in the weeks prior to my renewal that the fee would be $702 (I have confirmation from Benzinga of the renewal fee being $702). I sent them emails as well as messages via the chat function with no reply after they tried to deduct the nearly $2,000 which resulted in my bank placing a block on my account. They clearly don't honour previous agreements and try to deduct incorrect amounts and are not a company to be trusted. Edit: I see that Benzinga has replied to my review saying that they reached out and assisted the same day. I would like to see the proof because my emails and the chat messages I sent through were not responded to until the 17th July. I have copies of all correspondence that I've made to Benzinga and I encourage others to keep their correspondences with Benzinga also.

Charge Hidden Fee and gave Stupid Advice…
started with them 6 months ago and found they were charging additional fees that they never stated and then they lied. then they were advising against IPO of Space X, the biggest IPO in history and I knew they were just dumb. Smarter and more honest advisors out there.
