Wow! If I could give 11/10 I would!
Wow! Communication, value for money and quality of service have been exceptional. I cannot recommend PlanetaEXO more highly. Our admin support was superb. Comms were friendly, timely and helpful. Our guide to the Pantanal, Bruno was so knowledgable and friendly whilst never intruding on family time. Whilst away we had a medical emergency and everyone supported us faultlessly. Honestly cannot speak more highly of our experience. Do not hesitate- you are in safe hands and will have the best time!

We booked two activities with PlanetaEXO (Pantanal safari and Lençois trecking) and both times we were highly satisfied. The activities were exactly as described, the logistics was well organized and the communication was very efficient. Thank you!

Overall, an excellent experience
The communication from PlanetaEXO was amazing. They sent important information and reminders via WhatsApp and responded quickly to my questions. The driver, Rafael, who picked us up was prompt and friendly and an excellent driver. When we decided to leave the Jungle Lodge two hours earlier than planned so we could visit Campo Grande, he arrived exactly on time and drove us to the park to visit the capybaras. He also explained how important it was to get a taxi or Uber early to get to the airport because the traffic is very bad. Our guide Boby at the jungle Lodge was the best guide there. He had high energy and a great spirit, and worked really hard to make sure we saw all the animals we possibly could. We saw lots of beautiful birds, jacarés, and capybaras. Boby was also a talented jewelry maker and made my son a beautiful necklace made out of a natural fiber that he cut in the forest and attached an alligator’s tooth to it. The fishing was fun, and Boby was so helpful. He wouldn’t stop until all of us caught a fish! Our group was small so we had lots of attention. Unfortunately, the days we were in the Pantanal were extremely hot - between 98 and 100°. I didn’t care for the horseback riding. It was too hot and we didn’t see any animals. I also didn’t care for the kayaking because it was a wide river and we didn’t see any animals. But we were with a nice group of people in our tour and made some friends. Overall, it was an excellent experience and exactly how PlanetaEXO described it.
