I came here to level up a character in an MMO. I told the manager I needed 'full equip' by raid night, the deadline was tight. They assured me, 'Don't worry, we work 24/7, a top booster will handle your account.' In the end, I sat for three days with zero news. They only logged into the account on the second day, and they played for like 5 hours a day, not 'non-stop' as promised. When I started writing to support, they kept giving me the runaround: 'the booster is having lunch', 'the booster is sleeping', 'we have technical issues'. Result: I missed the raid opening, and my clan got pissed at me. The character was leveled up half-assed, and the gear they got wasn't what I asked for in the order, just the cheapest alternatives to 'close the ticket'. They refused to refund my money and offered a 5% discount on my next order. Are you serious? I will never, ever contact you guys again. My nerves are worth more

The website's technical integration is quite broken. The built-in verification window kept crashing, and I had to wait for human support on the backend for about 3-4 hours just to get one button clicked. However, the AI support bot 'Nicky' actually did a good job. After I provided all my approved English documents and complained, the bot successfully escalated my ticket to the team. The platform eventually works, but their live support is extremely slow.

Very iffy sellers
I had to edit my previous 5 stars because I just had a very upsetting encounter with a seller on here, long story short I got scammed out of a fortnite account for 80 dollars.. I'm in the process of trying to get a dispute through the website, I will update this review if my experience gets better or worse. (bought the account on the 21st, going through this on the 25th.) The person I bought from was not the issue, Playhub was.
