Return or withdrawal impossible
Return or withdrawal was basically impossible. Made an order, never received any order confirmation but thank god I took a picture of the screen after I ordered, having read all the negative reviews here. With that correct order number and email I tried applying for a return in the right EU platform, but somehow the order I even received isn’t found. Customer support is just an AI not and to reach humans you will have to contact them between 1am-8am European time which is insane. No feedback yet, at this point I just want to withdraw and not keep anything but they are making it hard. Cannot recommend at all, stick to EU companies and not this scam

£20 Deducted From Returns:(
Standard delivery time, but if I'd known they deduct £20 from your order if you want to return items, I would have never ordered from Peppermayo. They also don't give you the option of a digital return label, you have to print it yourself, and who even has a printer these days?! Such a hassle.

Peppermayo refused to refund two unworn…
Peppermayo refused to refund two unworn dresses, claiming they were “stained.” They sent pictures showing two small marks. The dresses were only tried on briefly at home and handled with care. I did not see any stains or marks when I repackaged them for return, and the dresses were never worn. All three dresses from my order were returned together in the same package. One was accepted, while the two white dresses totaling over $200 were rejected. Peppermayo’s position is that the marks photographed by their warehouse indicate the dresses had been worn. They had not. I asked for the matter to be escalated for review. Instead, I was offered either 50% store credit or the option to pay to have my own dresses shipped back to me. I find this return process extremely unreasonable. Customers have no way of establishing when a tiny mark occurred once an item leaves their possession. If you return anything to Peppermayo, I strongly recommend photographing or videoing every item immediately before sealing your return package. I will update this review if Peppermayo properly reviews and resolves the issue. I’m happy to provide my order number privately so Peppermayo can identify and review the return.

Don’t waste your money on this…
Don’t waste your money on this company!!! I had bought a really nice top for €77.95, and then there were an additional €35 for shipping costs. When it arrived, it turned out to be really bad quality and there were threads hanging off the top. I emailed them because I believe that when you order something, it should look exactly like the pictures, especially for that price. I received an email back saying that I could just cut off the threads?! You're supposed to deliver an item that isn't damaged! It looks awful with all those threads, and it's simply bad quality. Return costs are €20, which I find ridiculous. All in all, NEVER order from here! Scam!!!

Terrible company
Terrible company. SHEIN quality clothes with huge price tags. One of the dresses straps has already come off. Returned most of my order and I think they've only refunded it partially, they also charge you like £20 to send stuff back. Not worth it at all. The clothes are so cheap they fit horribly. Never again will I buy from here
