Just another fast fashion brand
Just another fast fashion brand masquerading as something more. You are purchasing style, rather than quality material and craftsmanship. I purchased a pair of the wide leg chinos, 5 wears and 1 wash later and they have already faded noticeably, and shrunk around one inch on the inseam. If you want quality for the same price go for Community Clothing, transparent supply chain, quality materials and cut and sewn in the UK all for around the same price as Percival. Genuinely disappointed in my purchase, specially at the price point. I should have done my due diligence on the brand, I would have quickly discovered that it is made in China rubbish.

Love this brand.
Love this brand. Extremely high quality clothes with a great design. Worn my items multiple times, multiple washes, and they still look new.

Non-Existent customer service
Clothes are fine, customer service on the other hand…. I tried to contact them via email for the last three weeks for my return (of over 800€) but I still got no response…

Refund issues
Stay well away from this brand if you may need to return items - it’s now been over 3 weeks since they received two items back, and I have only just as of yesterday received the refund for 1. Still awaiting refund for second item. Poor communications from the outset - won’t be buying from here online again which is a shame as the suit I kept is great

Refund issues as many others
Previously I had thought of Percival as a good brand. As many others have stated it seems to be impossible to get a hold of their team for information about a refund that should have been issued weeks ago. I have even tried to contact them via Linkedin as they provide no other option (chat option references in FAQs seems to either not exist or is deliberately difficult to find) Percival - I am waiting on two refunds, one for £480 and one for £110. Please reply to my multiple emails or Linkedin messages to resolve. For the price of the items, neither the quality or the services are worth this and I will no longer even think to shop with Percival.
