Arrogant company
Arrogant company, not listening to customers feedback. They stopped producing original adhesion diaphragms and sluices. The new gray ones are unusable. I can see from various platforms hundreds of customers provided the company with feedback and yet they are not providing improved substitutes. So many of us have purchased their very expensive products and now we can no longer use them. I have contacted them few times, they are providing AI type of very unhelpful responses, basically blaming us customers for not using appropriately and providing totally useless advice. They need to admit they made mistake with those products, apologise to many customers and repair the damage

I bought the adhesive gel for…
I bought the adhesive gel for PeniMaster twice because I initially thought the first batch might have been defective. Unfortunately, both times the quality was very poor. The gel is low quality from the start and barely has any adhesive properties at all. It does not hold properly, fails to maintain reliable vacuum support, and becomes unusable almost immediately. This completely ruins the user experience and makes the device unreliable. What disappointed me the most is that this happened twice, which suggests a consistent quality control problem rather than a one-time issue. Considering the premium price of PeniMaster products, I expected much better durability and performance. I cannot recommend the adhesive gel based on my experience.

Horrible service
Horrible service, they just cancelled my order without confirming with me . I was told to wait till April 9 if there would be any changes in my delivery to see next steps, and they cancelled it. Loosing customers 😔

We just experienced the best Support Service in shopping ever. There cannot be any other opinion than full stars, we are really positevly surprised by entire support processing here. My chamber broke with 3 weeks of using it. I have contacted customer service 10 times already with no one that answers. Not even when you call the number. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
