Booked uplift of item which weighs…
Booked uplift of item which weighs 115kg and of considerable length etc,pick up didn't materialize on date of booking, phone call next day as I rebooked thought everything ok,guys arrived seemed shifty,ie don't know if we can pick this up as pdf instructions just changed 🤷 then said oh that's it okayed now, Very interested in what was in my 📦,it was motorcycle lift,he said oh I have a bike, mate comes out with label and sticks label on at barely a corner, never thought anything of it but a month in now you think back and well 😡 anyway parcel monkey have been absolutely very unprofessional on this matter and very unhelpful which is a month now, my item is worth over £400 plus postage,do not use this company no phone number only web contact,I'm still waiting on them for any positive contact never mind result. STAY CLEAR.

A pickup was arranged for a parcel to go to Scotland I'm waiting in all day and they never turned up I would not recommend this company

Dreadful ParcelMonkey
I used these guys several months ago on a shipment to the EU. It was a total disaster, so I don't know why I used them again recently. This was for a domestic shipment for two boxes. I delivered these to my local Post office who refused to take them because both items combined were great than the 20kg Parcelforce allows. There was no mention of this despite adding the correct weight and dimensions on the parcelforce website. So I had to pay additional postage. No refund from Parcel Monkey. In fact it would have been cheaper to just go through parcel force and send as two seperate items.

DO NOT USE PARCEL MONKEY- I’ve been scammed
I purchased a collection and delivery with parcel force via parcel monkey. Parcel force failed to collect and when I contacted them they referred me back to parcel monkey who are saying they cannot guarantee the collection. I spent £70 and neither company will take responsibility for the failure!
