Honestly this was my first time using…
Honestly this was my first time using an agent so I didn't know what to expect but wow... They were incredibly hands, sent me pics of the product when I needed, and as annoying and bothersome of a customer as I am (seriously sometimes I'd write like five times a day lol) they were always nice, to the point, and got the job done. Honestly I work in customer support, and this is the BEST customer support team I have ever seen. Some people complain about higher shipping fees, I get that, but for me it's honestly worth it for all the help and meticulous attention you receive. So yeah if I were shopping around for an agent in china, I'd choose these guys

Make shopping through taobao a lot easier for me, only downside is how pricey shipping can be from Asia to US, but not their fault at all!!
