Worst Insulin Pump ever!
Biggest scam and bullshit ever, 50/50 if the insulin even absorbs properly, constant issues, falls off all the time, glucose management is impossible since you never really know if it will work properly! Definitely would NOT recommend, HbA1c got worse, seriously thinking about going back to pens!

These pods are faulty
These pods are faulty. My husband uses these pods and they fail very often—adhesive issues, leaks, and incorrect readings. We are stuck with several boxes as they do not support the lower target glucose. The company refuses to replace them and the pharmacy will not take them back. We are giving up on these faulty, inferior pods. We will switch to Tandem Mobi tubeless as soon as they are available. Frustrated ex Omnipod customer.

As a long time diabetic I switched from the mobi insulin pump to the omnipod 5 and couldn’t be happier. No more tubes.!! I found the Omnipod 5 to deliver smooth, reliable insulin management with no tubing, smart automated adjustments, and an easy‑to‑use app—making day‑to‑day control feel lighter, faster, and far more convenient. The entire team was attentive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from start to finish. They made the entire process smooth and straightforward. My clinician (Stacy) was exceptional—clear guidance, patient support, and genuine care that made everything feel comfortable and confident. Truly outstanding service all around.

Since August 8 @7:09pm . I have been without sensor readings and today is now Monday August 12 @11:57 am . I have gone 24 plus hours without sensor readings. The first night with this problem I have lost a lot of sleep. I tried to troubleshoot it myself. About 10:00 pm I called omnipod troubleshooting. They couldn’t fixed the problem. During the night I called a couple more times. I was on the phone to about 3:30 am . We tried everything and they invented some new troubleshooting procedures. I lost a lot of sleep that night. The next calls couple more times each time was a failed . The last time I the individual said he was going to make it a high priority. Today Monday August 11 omnipod 5 hasn’t called be . Omnipod 5 is an inferior product and the Food Drug Administration should have not given approval to this product. My issue hast been going since now.

Excellent support by QA Hospital & Omnipod Representative
My son struggles daily with his diabetes management and faced with having to transfer his data to a new hand controller proved overwhelming. However, QA Hospital diabetic team promptly called out the Omnipod Representative (Bal Singh) who patiently went through the process step by step with him, and thankfully his pump is now back online.
