Drop shipping scammers. Beware!
I bought a large macrami wall hanging from their website which appears to be based in Italy. When it arrived it was much poorer quality than expected and was missing the wooden hanging rail that was supposed to be included. I bought the item for €117 reduced from €195 in the sale and the return information on their site states that they do not refund sale items. This is illegal. EU distance regulations and section 52 of the Italian consumer Code clearly gives customers the right to return items bought online within 14days of delivery for ANY reason whether bought at full price or a discounted price. So I sent them an email stating my desire to return the item as per my rights and requesting the return address as o return address is shown on their site. They requested to see photos of the item so they could assess 'the problem ' for themselves. Even though EU regulations state you can return items bought online for any reason without need for justification, I indulged their request and sent the photos. They said they couldn't see anything wrong with the item but offered a small discount for the missing wooden rail. I refused. This went on for several days until they eventually provided me with a return address... in CHINA and said I must return it at my own expense. This is illegal drop shipping and a scam. Unless the website clearly states that they are based in China and goods must be returned to China at the customer's expense BEFORE purchase, the customer is under no obligation to do so and the company must pay for the return shipping or refund the customer for the goods. I have reported this company to the Italian authorities for anti trust, unfair and deceptive commercial practices. Avoid at all costs. UPDATE: The below response from the company is completely dishonest. The refund came as a result of a Chargeback from my credit card company who agreed that the company committed serious breach of contract. In fact the company tried to refuse to give me a refund unless I removed this negative review. I had to inform them that that is also illegal. Avoid.

Initially I had a problem with the item…
Initially I had a problem with the item I bought and also with the delivery as they threw it over my fence and the item also got broken. But I was extremely happy with the customer service I received when I emailed them and told them I was unhappy with the item and also about the delivery causing it to be broken they replied very fast and offered without any request from me to give me a full refund straight away. I truly believe that sort of service is A1 excellent customer service and I would definitely shop with these people again. They showed extreme professional excellent customer service. Cheers Terry

The ring looked absolutely nothing like the picture. Size was horrible and it was massively larger than what I ordered. Unwearable. Support started off as helpful, but then just started dragging the process out and asked for the same things I'd already given them. Scam product, do not buy! Edit: They did offer to send me a new ring, though this was after a few emails and they started asking for pictures that they had asked for before and been given. By their own size charts, the size 9 ring I ordered should have had a diameter of 18.9mm. This one was over 22mm, so a good 5 sizes too big. The wrong size could be an honest mistake, but I'm more concerned that the ring looked absolutely nothing like what was advertised. The colors were very different and it was no where near as vibrant as on the website. I'll update my review again when I get the replacement.
