I made a stupid mistake and they…
I made a stupid mistake and they honored the correction without an ounce of pull back. I did the buy 1 get 3 free promotion but mistakenly didn’t push for 2 of the same design. When the package arrived I only had 3 not 4 items. I messaged them and they researched and found that I only asked for one not two of the same design. I explained I bought them for an upcoming event and they quickly sent out the other item without any hesitation or grief. I LOVE THEIR SERVICE AND PRODUCTS!!! Highly recommend them, I a world of greed they shine because they are NOT greedy but helpful and understanding.

I have always been dubious about facebook companies. I'd been watching the ads pop up on my feed for months and when the offer of buy 1 get 3 free I decided to try them out. Product arrived quickly and well packaged. After a little adjustment as to where to have the hook and making it a little tighter I have found these sit well on my ear and stayed in place throughout the evening.
