Best Trip Ever
It was a rough start in the beginning. But, that was only because I didn't know what to expect. I never used a travel agent before and all the back and forth with him was making me nervous. Alex was very understanding and patient with me and answered all my questions. It might have started out rocky, but the end result was AMAZING. I will definitely use this company again. The hotels were great. The excursions were amazing. The staff was excellent. The whole trip was a dream. Thank you again Alex for a wonderful, amazing, memorable trip. Thank you.

Fabulous 3 days in Zhangiagie
We have just finished a 3 day trip to Zhangiagie as part of a 14 day tour of China. Our Guide Tracy was exceptional - very knowledgable, friendly, accommodating and made the trip fun especially for 3 teens. Her timing was impeccable and she introduced us to some private sightseeing spots. The driver was great too. We would definitely use Odynovo again.

I’ve booked 2 trips through Odynovo…
I’ve booked 2 trips through Odynovo over the years — not just for myself, but for family and friends — and the trip planning has generally been solid. The guides average about an 8 out of 10, though the quality varies noticeably from one to the next: most are excellent, a few are just okay. My bigger issue is with responsiveness. My specialist, Nikki Xia, routinely takes a few days to reply, and I’ve had to call the emergency customer service line twice to request a different consultant (to be respectful to her time if she’s too busy) — both times they simply routed me back to the same person. On my current Greece trip, I only got a same-day response after emailing to follow up on a few days of silence. Now, they’re charging $300 just to produce an itinerary quote, which I can andd to my trip but this locks me into using them rather than giving me the freedom to shop around. Paying for a quote should come with stellar service and a response within a few hours; that hasn’t been my experience. They never charged for quotes in the past and the service was very good. If this is the new model, I won’t be booking with them again or sending referrals their way. Or if they haven’t charged you, maybe they just wanted to charge me because I’m a person of colour? Just wanted to warn other people, the quotes aren’t FREE.

Successful trip to Java and Bali
We just finished our trip to Java and Bali with Odynovo. Mr. AnderZou was very helpful organizing a private customized tour for us.Since we were pure vegetarians we were worried about our food situation. Mr. Ander and the guides made sure that we get good food till the last day. Our tour went very smoothly and we all had good time relaxing and enjoying our sight seeing . The hotels, guides, ( Mr. Bin and Mr. Kariyanta)transportation everything was excellent. I would highly recommend this company and Mr Zou for anybody is interested vacationing in Indonesia.
