return policy is a SCAM. Initial emails to 2 different customer support email addresses (one inside packaging) receive prompt initial acknowledgement. All further communications to these addresses bounce back as Failure to Deliver! UPDATE TO RESPONSE FROM COMPANY: After this trust pilot review, I finally got a direct response from the company's "customer assistance" on Aug 23rd confirming they were receiving my emails and would pass me over to another teammate to get the return started....the same message I got when I submitted the initial request on August 7th! After 16 days, the company should have provided me the return process (i.e.: where to mail the unopened product to, when to expect a refund, etc.).... but instead I got another delay tactic email apologizing for my disappointment and asking me to take another survey on their customer service! Remember, their return policy is only 30 days so these communication delays only helps to run out the time limit so the company does not have to honor its "return policy". So far whenever I have gotten an email response from the company, it never acknowledges whether they will accept my return/refund request; never provides the steps to proceed with the return/refund; and never provides an anticipated date or amount to be refunded to my credit card. This process remains a SCAM and at this point I am collecting all documentation to build my case for my credit card company.....but you can bet I'll be watching my email!

A Very Happy Customer!!…
I am very happy to have received my purchase actually 3 days earlier than was estimated. Please note, I am in Canada so my purchase cleared customs and delivery to my door was by Canada Post just 14 days from when I ordered online. My order consists of 2 wrist BP monitors and a fingertip Oximeter. I was getting nervous after placing my order as I was reading some reviews of not receiving purchases. But all was for not. Could the issues reported earlier been caused by delivery contractors, customs or whatever? I only know my experience and can assure you I am 100% satisfied with my dealing with Novomedicpro. And yes, the wrist monitor is very easy to use. I charged it up as soon as I got it, then turn it, place on your wrist and press the button to activate and the voice activation tells you the results. That's it. Can't get any easier than that! If you are thinking of ordering, do it while the sale is . I am proof that they have their "stuff" together now. Well worth the money for reading your BP.

Dieser Firma sollte von Internet sofort verschwinden. Ich Kämpfe schon seit paar Monaten mit Mail .Gleiche antworten eine im Komputer hat meine Rechnungen schickt theoretisch weiter und andere finden im Komputer nichts.Keine Kulanz gefragt ob kriege Adresse von Firma keine Antwort.Andere Bewertungen sind auch sehr schlecht .Wer kann diese Firma von website nehmen.Das ist einfach betrug
