Amazing customer service
The customer service was clear, quick and the most helpful I've received in a long time. After I had received a faulty item I was able to replace that item very effortlessly with the help of the incredible customer service. I am very satisfied with my experience and I can definetely keep shopping from Nomination knowing that I can get possible help whenever it is needed.

The girls were literally amazing I came…
The girls were literally amazing in Nomination York I came in as I was really struggling with a tough situation and Normally there would be two of us shopping the two girls with blond hair and tall were amazing I bought a bracelet watch and two rings and the sales assistant spent so much time with me on size and creating a special but very emotional story they were kind caring and provided amazing customer service. I was so emotional when walking out as the sales advisor helped to me find the right story with purpose Thankyou so so much

I bought a beautiful looking bracelet
I bought a beautiful looking bracelet. Wore it for 2 days and it fell off my arm. According to Nomination it snapped and is not covered under their warranty! 2 days!!! It did not hook on anything. I did not break it! Zero responsibility for poor workmanship! Will never buy a Nomination product again! Shame on you for taking people's hard earned money and throwing it down the drain on zero quality!!

Facebook “nomination charms fit for the bin”
I purchased 3 charms for my daughters 18th birthday including one with a drop heart engraved directly from Nomination. The engraved link kept catching on things and was very poorly finished so I asked for it to be repaired. I sent the charm back to Italy at my own expense and wow the repaired charm I recieved back today is SHOCKING! It was a massive challenge to get them to accept a defect in the first place and many emails were exchanged before they agreed to the repair. They clearly have no quality control over their products and they should be embarrassed to send this to a customer.
