Great online tools
I found the online ring designer tool, gem selector and explanatory videos really useful. It helped narrow the choice down, and meant when we went in person to the London show room we were able to finalise our choices with examples of the actual ring style and gem. Yen was great, and really helpful in staying in touch with when delivery was due, which itself went without a hitch.

Amazing experience at Novita Diamonds! 💍✨ I had such a wonderful experience designing my engagement ring with Doria. Her knowledge, guidance and attention to detail throughout the whole process were incredible. She made the experience so easy and enjoyable, and I couldn’t be happier with the final result. We are absolutely thrilled with our engagement ring from Novita Diamonds! The ring is beautiful, sparkles like crazy and is exactly what we hoped for. We couldn't be happier with the finished result. ❤️ There was a little issue with the timing of our ring before we went overseas, which was understandably disappointing given how excited we were to have it with us. However, Lorie took over from our initial consultant and was fantastic throughout the process. She was incredibly helpful, solution-focused and went above and beyond to make sure we still had something special for our trip, arranging a beautiful placeholder ring for us to wear in the meantime. We really appreciated how she handled the situation and kept working towards a solution rather than simply leaving us disappointed. Now that we finally have the real thing, we couldn't be happier! 💍✨ The ring is stunning, the sparkle is incredible and we absolutely love it. A huge thank you to Lorie and the Novita team for helping make such a special experience even more memorable. ❤️
