The Netcoins customer service are the best. I was hacked severely for a long period of time and they had my back all the way securing my crypto account. They have proven to me on more then one occasion that they care about you and your business and uphold the greatest security to your account making you feel safe from online hackers. I was having issues opening the app…
I was having issues opening the app with the 2FA authentication code, this never happened before so I contacted customer service and also via email. I explained the issue and they were able to resolve it right away. Amazing service!

wont return my money
i used them for quite a bit without an issues. i accidentally switched banks however and i accidentally sent my etransfer from my second email (which wasnt registered). it let me know it couldnt be deposited which was understandable, so i added it as a second email to my account (it verified) and sent them a message. this happened 2 days and a half ago mind you most companies would have sent back the money if they couldnt find an account registered to it by now. did they? nope and not even a follow up message about it 2 days a half later reached out telling them i would take legal actions with my bank and they responded extremely fast unlike all my other emails. seems shady and i want my money back
