I recently switched to private insurance with the help of Nina, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Absolute recommendation!
Finally, German insurance I can actually understand! I had a great consultation with Firat to review my current policies and insurances. We checked for any gaps and looked to see if I was overpaying. I really appreciated his honesty and patience. He actually told me to keep one of my old insurances because it was already good, instead of trying to sell me a new one. Also, I must say, the communication was very easy and convenient for me via WhatsApp. Friends recommended NEOdirect to me, and I can definitely agree and pass the recommendation on to anyone who wants to actually understand what they're signing in Germany.

Best insurance broker for Indian expats in Germany — honest, clear, no pressure
After 10 years in Germany, I finally found an insurance broker I feel comfortable recommending. German insurance can be quite confusing as an Indian expat, especially health insurance, liability insurance and legal protection. Martin, Firat and the NEOdirect team explained things clearly and helped me understand what really made sense for my situation. What I liked most was that the support did not stop after buying the insurance. They were also available for questions and clarifications afterwards which is important for me personally. I have already referred a few Indian colleagues in Germany to them, and they also had a good experience.
