⚠️ ATTENZIONE A DOUYOUITALY E MOVENTUR! Abbiamo noleggiato un’auto tramite DoYouItaly. Per una nostra svista, il noleggio era intestato a mio marito, mentre la carta di credito era intestata a me. Al momento del ritiro, Moventur ci ha detto che non poteva consegnarci la macchina, che loro non potevano modificare nulla e che dovevamo risolvere tutto da soli tramite DoYouItaly. Siamo rimasti più di mezz’ora a cercare di contattare l’assistenza DoYouItaly, disponibile solo in spagnolo e senza riuscire a parlare con nessuno. Quando siamo tornati al banco Moventur, magicamente la macchina si poteva avere: bastava pagare direttamente a loro un nuovo noleggio e una nuova assicurazione, oltre a quanto avevamo già pagato. In pratica, pagando nuovamente una cifra molto più alta, il problema del conducente e della carta di credito si è improvvisamente risolto. Avevo già letto recensioni simili, ma non ci avevo creduto. Ecco, credeteci! ⚠️ Fate molta attenzione e leggete bene le recensioni prima di prenotare tramite DoYouItaly e sopratutto la compagnia Moventur. La nostra esperienza è stata pessima e non utilizzeremo mai più questo portale.

Se ci fosse come valutazione "zero stelle" l'avrei selezionata. Personale scortese e maleducato; auto consegnata come pulita ma in realtà sporca,nonostante vogliano €12 per la pulizia, in realtà a stento le spolverano. Nella nostra c'era una bottiglia e dei fazzoletti sporchi (cosa impossibile se esce da un autolavaggio). Molto "furbi" ma per fortuna il nostro broker ci ha tutelato. Sconsigliatissimo.

Be extremely careful
Be extremely careful dealing with Movetur. They are wrongfully withholding my €1,000 deposit after a car rental where the vehicle was returned with a clean receipt back in July, and getting my money back has been a complete nightmare. Sure, they reply to your messages but it’s all just empty words, stalling tactics, and outright lies. They keep promising that the transfer is being handled "urgently," yet weeks pass by and nothing ever happens. Replying to customers means nothing when you keep a €1,000 deposit hostage with zero intention of actually paying it back. Absolute waste of time and terrible business practices. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this company entirely.

À fuir – expérience très décevante à Olbia Août 2026 Très mauvaise expérience avec Moventur à l’aéroport d’Olbia. À notre arrivée, l’employée présente était particulièrement désagréable. Elle était visiblement seule et probablement débordée, ce que nous pouvons comprendre, mais cela n’empêche pas un minimum de courtoisie et de considération envers les clients. Alors qu’il faisait plus de 40 °C à l’extérieur, elle nous a demandé de sortir de la petite agence climatisée pour attendre dehors. Une dizaine de familles étaient dans la même situation et avons attendu plus de 2h30 avant de pouvoir récupérer notre véhicule. Lorsque nous avons enfin récupéré notre voiture, celle-ci était sale et aucun état des lieux n’a été réalisé avec nous. Par précaution, nous avons donc filmé intégralement le véhicule avant de partir afin de conserver une preuve de son état initial. Heureusement, la restitution s’est ensuite déroulée sans encombre. Attention également à la caution: avec une Visa Classic, les 1 200 € de caution sont débités directement. Pensez donc à vérifier attentivement le type de carte bancaire accepté et les conditions de dépôt de garantie avant votre départ, ainsi que votre plafond disponible. Au vu de l’accueil, du temps d’attente dans des conditions difficiles et de la prise en charge du véhicule, nous ne renouvellerons clairement pas l’expérience avec Moventur.

❌ Avoid Moventur Olbia – 1-Hour Counter Delay & €1000 Deposit Trapped for a Month I highly recommend staying far away from Moventur Olbia. My experience with them was completely unprofessional from start to finish. First, their counter operations at the Olbia airport are incredibly inefficient. It took a full hour just to pick up my car, even though there were only two customers ahead of me in line. Second, their security deposit practices are terrible. I returned the vehicle on 16 July with a flawless check-in and a zero balance. Instead of actively canceling the €1,000 pre-authorization on my card, Moventur intentionally abandoned the transaction. Their customer service openly admitted via email that they just let holds expire naturally, forcing customers to wait out the maximum 30-day bank network timeline to get their credit limit back. A Night-and-Day Contrast on Discover Cars: If you want a smooth trip, book with Locauto through this app instead. My experience with Locauto at Catania airport was the exact opposite. The in-terminal desk check-in took only 5 minutes, the staff was incredibly polite and they did not block a single Euro on my card. When I returned the car with a tiny parking scratch from Giardini Naxos, the agent handled it flawlessly in 1 minute and clearly explained the Discover Cars Full Coverage claim process. Discover Cars should reconsider partnering with low-quality, churn-and-burn operators like Moventur who punish customers for bypassing their counter upsells. Stick to reputable operators like Locauto.
