I agree with previous reviewers saying this company is one you should avoid. I purchased a t-shirt and hat as gifts on June 11th that were promised to be delivered by June 21st for Father's Day. The t-shirt arrived on time, but I received an email stating the hat was delayed. Assuming it would arrive a few days later, so I didn't think it was a big deal (even though it would miss the target date as a gift). However, I got another email saying it was "severely delayed." This time I decided to contact CS to see when the hat was expected to ship since I had already been charged for it. I got no such answer. Nothing. They were evasive and just said that I should be patient. Then CS offered to refund $9 for the shipping fee to ship the hat (some time in the future presumably.) However, I had already paid $9 in shipping when I made the original purchase for both items. It's not my fault they were unable to ship them at the same time. So I was not willing to accept that as an answer, and since the item was already past the original delivery date / very late for the occasion, I requested that the order just be cancelled for a refund. They wouldn't do it. When I threatened I would contact Paypal for a charge dispute the CS just never responded. Paypal did intervene, however I did not get a refund what I got instead was a store credit. I would prefer to NEVER deal with this incompetent company ever again, so I'm 50/50 on whether I will ever actually use it. Bottom line is -- purchase from MLSstore.com at your own RISK.

Retun of 2 shirts
I ordered 2 Inter Miami football shirts hoping they would arrive in the uk before our trip to Miami, unfortunately they didn’t but that was fine. Purchased shirts at the stadium. On return, I posted them back to the address stated, posted with insurance. Approx 4 weeks later the parcel is returned me saying it was attempted delivery. After long and numerous chats on the chat bot and lives chats thinking it was nearly resolved, waiting for a printed label to be emailed, I have just got an email to say they cannot be returned as the shirts have gone in to the sale. I certainly would not buy again from here.

I ordered a jersey over a month ago. When i contacted the site today they told me it hadn't been shipped yet. When i asked why they gave me zero explanation. When i asked if i could cancel my order I was told no.

Very impressed…
I ordered a Houston Dynamo FC Jersey from this US company to my home in the United Kingdom. Yes, understandably it took a few weeks, but turned up in great condidion, well packaged and a good quality product. The only downside was that the first line of my home address was ommitted from the package address label making it difficult for the delivery driver to deliver the product to my address. The driver did a great job in seeking advice from my neighbours. Don't know if the address label was fitted at the US office or on arrival in the UK.
