I feel compelled to share my experience for anyone considering joining this organization. Multiple team members were recruited with explicit promises of equity compensation in lieu of salary. We were told this was a startup environment where we’d be building something together as owners, not just employees. After 1.5 years of contributions—working without monetary compensation based solely on these equity promises—not a single team member has received the equity we were promised. This isn’t about startup pivots or changing circumstances. This is about fundamental integrity in how you treat people who believed in your vision enough to work for free. For anyone evaluating opportunities here: ask the hard questions about compensation in writing, and understand the pattern of promises versus delivery. I hope this helps others make informed decisions about where they invest their time and talent.

Mocycle took many months to deliver my order of several jeans. It took DOZENS of emails to finally get the order fulfilled with an alternative style we didn’t order. They seldom respond to emails. While the jeans are great, the poor customer service experiences with them really took all the joy out of the purchase and left me with a bad taste in my mouth. If you order from Mocycle, be sure use a credit card with a 6 month dispute time frame to protect yourself, because delivery could easily take 3-5 months given our experience, and you may not get your order without vocal, frequent, and persistent follow-ups. Know that alternative airbag jeans with full leg protection are available from CX Air Dynamics, so Mocycle isn't your only option by any means. UPDATE: You can even see in their canned reply that they are unconcerned and unapologetic for their dodgy email replying practices (total lack of replies to inquiries and follow-ups; broken promises, etc). Doing business with this company is a stressful, painful process.

My husband rides and I bought him these for him for my own peace of mind. Unfortunately they have much longer then promised wait times and very poor communication. I got an email saying they didn't want to give any estimate since it would only be a guess .but the website explicitly stated while it was a pre order it had an expected delivery date not that it was entirely at there discretion as to when they would fulfill orders yet on there selling page they still act like everything is in order with the same language of certainty to rope in the next batch of people.if you are trying to order there airbag pants thinking they have the only available lroduct like they claim save your self some time and money.get some CXAIR airbag pants.they cover your whole legs unlike the mocycle jeans and they ship within 2 weeks and deliver quickly and reliably.i got a pair after I unfortunately got roped into this poorly organized companies game. Just a tip for the future to the people over at mocycle if they ever actually even read this:some updates that actually say something other the we have no idea when we will fulfill orders at least explain why would be real professional and respectful of people time and money.

After stumbling upon the reviews for this company while looking into some other gear brands for the riding season this year, I figured I would give my two cents since I have bought from them previously. I ordered from them in 2024 and after a long delay received my airbag jeans in 2025. I was very upset to find out that although they shipped the jeans and the airbag module, they did not include the CO2 canister required to actually operate the safety device and inflate the airbag. they said it is because CO2 is too expensive for them to ship to the country I am in via air freight. They just did not include it even though I paid full price and it is required to operate the system. Without that it is useless. They told me I just need to find a CO2 canister that fits it from a hardware store near me as if that is a common product. You cannot refuse to ship an essential part of a safety system that makes it completely inoperable just because it puts financial burden on you. People expect to get what they paid for instead of a useless product because you didn’t feel like meeting your financial obligations. I really wanted to like this company because the idea of lower airbag pants is pretty cool and no one else sells them, but this is extremely disappointing and seems very dishonest.

Pants saved me when I lowsided my goldwing and my leg got sucked under it. Only had a bruised lower leg and a deeply bruised foot!

Auch nicht für Geld. Unclaimed ist fair. Claimed gibt das Mikrofon — nicht den Radiergummi.
