I'm John an international patient from the US who received Dendritic Cell Therapy for advanced metastatic prostate cancer at LDG Laboratories in Berg, Germany coordinated via BookingHealth.com. I highly recommend both BookingHealth.com & the care I received with Dr. Gansauge and his staff at LDG Laboratories in Berg, Germany. The guidance and advice I received from the coordinator, Denis, at BookinHealth.com was crucial in choosing the right treatment option for my situation. All interactions were always very professional yet kind and considerate. As a patient from the US travel logistics were a source of anxiety. BookingHealth.com coordinated all driving arrangements once landed in Munich. These arrangements were comprehensive and seamless. Sylvie and Karl, my drivers, were excellent, punctual and personally engaging. They also provided guidance & recommendations to help me enjoy my time in Berg between treatments. My experience at LDG Laboratories was equally excellent. The staff were again both very professional but also warm, engaging & caring. My assigned translator, Claudia, was particularly warm & helpful. She ensured that I was comfortable, well informed & that all scheduling was coordinated so that everything went smooth & seamless. Dr. Gansauge is a unique and engaging individual. He combines deep & current knowledge in the Immunotherapy domain, a genuine desire to help patients & a joie de vivre that permeates his whole clinic. I enjoyed my conversations with him … informative, serious but also engaging ( dare say fun ). Overall, in my cancer journey, my experience with BookingHealth.com, Professor Gansauge & his staff was a poweful & inspiring one for which I am truly grateful.

Right from start Tanya so helpful…
Right from start Tanya so helpful finding right clinic for me and getting me booked in so quickly and Katrina organising hotel, flights boarding passes etc. Meeting Claudia at clinic lovely lady putting my mind at ease and even showed us place to go for breakfast next day, all questions I had were answered. Professor Frank Gasange was lovely also very informative throughout. Our driver Andras so helpful throughout always reliable and Stephan at airport came in and sorted out baggage labels for us.

I have stage 4 Medullary thyroid cancer…
I have stage 4 Medullary thyroid cancer my Dr in the US suggested I go to Germany for a dendritic cell therapy. That was a little scary honestly however Health Booking made it easy to book arrangements from a zoom call with myself and my doctor here in the US. When I decided to move forward with the treatment Julia Meinhard helped with every detail from payment, to all travel arrangements in Germany. Julia helped with hotels, car rental, suggestions on what to do and see while I was in Berg. LDG laboratories was clean and very professional I felt very comfortable there with my translator Claudia making sure I understood everything. Katana was the other contact for Health Booking she was very pleasant and quick to respond to any questions I had. Dr Gansauge was very personable and of course so knowledgeable in his field I have confidence that my treatment will be successful. I would recommend LDG laboratories and Health Booking they made my trip seamless

Prostate cancer treatment in Germany.
I was diagnosed with aggressive prostate cancer in June 2024. In approximately a year my cancer had progressed to stage four and uncureable. It was then that I decided to do some research on alternate treatments. I contacted booking health.com and spoke with Denis. My experience from then on was exceptional. They quickly analyze my situation and recommended a doctor to deal with my health issues. They answered all of my questions and concerns. Soon after I decided that I would go to Germany for dendritic cell therapy with Dr. Gangauge. I want to thank Denis my initial health consultant, Julia my travel consultant,Claudia my interpreter and the staff at Dr. Gangauge’s clinic. All those involved was very professional and helpful, without their knowledge, my experience would’ve been much more difficult. I am truly satisfied and would recommend their services to anyone, at any time.

Они были всегда на связи, сопровождали нас при оформлении визы, организовали нам хороший трансфер и прекрасного переводчика, Анна Бовда. Наш менеджер Мария Штерн была постоянно на связи. Наш переводчик порекомендовала нам интересную туристическую программу. Таким образом, наряду с лечением мы посмотрели достопримечательности Франкфурта и даже пригороды.
