What can I say. ECE was my coordinator and every question i had she went away and got me the answer . It was plain sailing from start to finish. I couldn't fault them and would use them again..for anyone wanting to know, I had EDOF lenses.

From Blurry to Brilliant – Medicalartturkey Made It Happen!
From the very first contact until the end of my journey, my experience with MedicalArtTurkey was nothing short of exceptional. Coordinator Eje ensured that every aspect of my trip to Turkey was seamlessly organized and completely stress-free. She patiently answered all of my questions, provided reassurance, and even assisted in arranging my flights. Her kindness, compassion, and professionalism made a lasting impression. All of my transfers were punctual and reliable, and the hotel arranged for me was both comfortable and ideally located. On the day of my lens replacement surgery, I was provided with a dedicated interpreter who stayed with me throughout the entire process. He clearly explained every step, ensuring I felt informed and at ease at all times. At no point did I feel confused or left in the dark. I was also fortunate to meet Huseyin, the owner of MedicalArtTurkey. He was incredibly humble and caring, personally staying with me throughout the day to ensure my comfort and that the procedure went smoothly. By early afternoon, the surgery was complete — a great success — and I was taken back to my hotel to rest. The following morning, I returned to the hospital for my post-operative check-up, which went very well. To my surprise and delight, Huseyin then took me sightseeing and treated me to a wonderful meal. I truly felt so looked after — even spoiled! In conclusion, Huseyin and his entire team at MedicalArtTurkey not only restored my vision to a perfect 20/20, but also gave me an unforgettable experience filled with warmth, care, and professionalism. I returned to the UK with crystal-clear vision and fond memories. Thank you, Huseyin, and thank you to everyone at MedicalArtTurkey. You changed my life!

Lens replacement surgery - a game changer!
After wearing varifocal glasses for over 12 years, I decided it was time for a change—I no longer wanted to rely on glasses. After doing some research and having a consultation here in the UK, I began exploring treatment options abroad. That’s when I came across Medical Art in Istanbul, and from my first contact with Ece, I knew I was in good hands. The service was incredibly professional and informative from the outset. Amazingly, within just 10 days of my initial enquiry, I was in Istanbul undergoing lens replacement surgery. All logistics—transfers between the airport, hotel, and hospital—were completely taken care of, which made the process seamless. The hospital itself was impressive, and all pre-surgery tests were carried out promptly with the help of a friendly interpreter. Within a couple of hours, I was in theatre, and just 30 minutes later, I was back in my room. The entire experience was smooth, simple, and completely stress-free. Best of all—I no longer need my glasses! It’s truly been a game changer for me. We also enjoyed a lovely break in Istanbul, soaking in the sights, enjoying the food, and doing a bit of shopping. And to top it all off, I’ve now regained the vision I had in my 20s. Huge thanks to everyone at Medical Art, especially Ece & Huseyin, for making this journey so easy and successful.

Lens replacement surgery
Tuesday So my husband and I travelled to Istanbul on the 10th June 2025 so that I could have eye lens replacement surgery on both eyes with Mecidalartturkey. It was such a good experience right from first contact there was no pressure to accept to do anything. I asked a lot of questions and nothing was too much. When we arrived at the airport the private transport took us the hotel, which was lovely. Wednesday we were taken by a car from the hospital to the private hospital where we were met by an interpreter who was with me through all tests and surgery. I had lots of tests to make sure my eyes were suitable for the surgery. I then saw the surgeon who checked the results and he did his own tests as well. We agreed on what was to happen and which lens he would use. I was taken to a private hospital room, I got changed to have surgery straight away. I had a translator with me the whole time through the test consultation, surgery and to tell me about all the eye drops as to when to use them. The owner of Medicalartturkey was also with me at the hospital. Thursday We were taken back to the hospital I had a check up with eye test and then the surgeon also check my eyes and is pleased with my progress. We were then taken out for the afternoon to have a look round Istanbul. Friday Private transport came to take us back to airport. We had the most amazing experience Medicalart Turkey were amazing throughout. I mistakenly did not buy more eye drops from the pharmacy while in Turkey, when I got home my GP would not prescribe me the eye drops, told me to go to A&E!!! But Medicalart Turkey went above and beyond and organised more eye drops from me. I can not praise them enough with there after care. They have been nothing but amazing.

I had five star care from start to finish from pick up till I went back to the airport. They were with me e very step of the way I also had the pleasure of the owner accompanying me .Will. certainly use them again THANK YOU MEDICAL ART
