⭐ 1-Star Review – Extremely Poor Customer Service I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. My order was marked as delivered on 11 August, however, I never received the parcel. I immediately raised the issue with the company and explained that the DPD delivery photograph does not show my property. I also checked with my neighbours, and nobody had received the parcel. Instead of properly investigating the matter, I have repeatedly been told that their records show the parcel as “delivered” and that I should contact DPD myself. I have repeatedly explained that I purchased the goods from this company, and DPD was their chosen delivery provider. I therefore expected the company to investigate the delivery with DPD and provide evidence that the parcel was actually delivered to my address. I specifically requested the GPS/location information, delivery photograph, drop-off details and driver information. Rather than providing this evidence or properly investigating the matter, I continued to receive essentially the same response telling me to contact DPD. I also asked to speak to a manager, but this was refused, and I felt that responsibility was simply being passed between myself and DPD rather than anyone taking ownership of the problem. I have given the company multiple opportunities to resolve this fairly, but unfortunately my experience has been extremely frustrating. I am now having to consider taking the matter further through the appropriate dispute and legal channels. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that anyone ordering from this company keeps all delivery evidence and correspondence, particularly if using their chosen courier. This review reflects my personal experience of the order and the customer service I received while trying to resolve the issue.
