Good customer service and very helpfully
Good customer service and very helpful support team I recently purchased a set of coilovers from MaXpeedingRods. Unfortunately, I was not very satisfied with the performance of the coilovers themselves. They were much harsher and had more bouncing/rebound than I expected, so in terms of the product itself, I would rate the coilovers as average to below average for my needs. However, I was very satisfied with the overall service from MaXpeedingRods. The package arrived properly, the instructions and information provided were helpful, and most importantly, the customer support team was very responsive and patient throughout the whole process. I had several questions and concerns, and the people who handled my case took the time to respond and help me troubleshoot the issue instead of simply dismissing my concerns. In the end, they offered me a 70% refund while allowing me to keep the product, which I consider a very fair solution and shows that they genuinely tried to resolve the situation. I would especially like to thank the customer service representatives who assisted me. Even though I was not satisfied with the coilovers themselves, the quality of the customer service made a very positive impression on me. MaXpeedingRods also has a very large selection of automotive products, so based on my experience with their customer service, I would consider buying from them again in the future, although I would probably choose a different product this time. Overall, I am very happy with the way my issue was handled and with the support I received. Thank you to the team for your help and professionalism.

I had ordered some trailing armsand there was a problem with one of the trailing arms called the customer service customer service his name was Jason went out of his way to get me my part to me. I would definitely buy from max speed rods again.
