Don't even consider a purchase from this bunch of fraudsters - SCAM, SCAM SCAM. Ordered a washing machine originally quoted 3- days delivery on website then got an email stating 2-3 weeks delivery waited patiently didn’t receive any delivery got another email offering 20 % discount and another waiting time of 2 weeks requested a full refund as I was fed up waiting and needed washing machine now was told I would receive it within 5 working days purchased in June still not received refund or washing machine emailed them various times no response called them on number provided on website not recognised absolute SCAM All seemed ok to start with, order confirmed, tracking number issued, with an estimated delivery date within 2 weeks. Replied to my first email confirming estimated delivery, but then nothing to the numerous other emails sent. PLEASE DON'T GET CAUGHT OUT BY THESE SCUM BAGS!!!

Dodgy company
Dodgy company, ordered washing machine!! Been over one month, no reply to emails, no replies to any contacts. No item and clearly further research shows it is fraudulent company. Will contact credit card company to claim back money. Disgusting!!! DO NoT BUY

If I could rate no stars I would, absolute disgrace, I ordered a dryer the delivery date was deferred several times. I was given the opportunity to cancel which I did, they then went totally of the radar, telephone number doesnt connect and no response to dozens of emails. I have reported them to trading standards. DO NOT touch this company with a barge poll unless you want to be ripped off

Fake site . Iam in the process of claiming my money back! From Markatmall. I received an email saying 14 days to 21 days delivery!! Which should be a Red Flag 🚩. So i emailed the company 6 times over 2 week . Nothing in my inbox . So i wouldn't order anything from this company!! I got Ripped Off!! With White Goods!!

Unprofessional after sales service
The Order process for placing my order for a sit on lawnmower was reasonably simple and straightforward and initially the communications regarding delivery were quite good. However, the lawnmower had a scheduled delivery of 22/04/26 which did not happen. I tried contacting the company via email (3 times) with no response together with a telephonic call where the number listed keeps telling you that you have dialed an incorrect number. A further email today 30/04/26 querying the outstanding delivery and stating their 'Contact Us' clauses on their website together with the inability to contact or receive a response from the courier company they use resulted in me receiving an email back stating that a refund had been effected - no reasons as to why this was performed were provided. Rather sloppy and inconsiderate after sales service to say the least.
