Have been on an online chat for over 3 hours, they keep stating to wait for the returns instructions. It's very challenging to gain a refund from a company which on the surface claims to have a great customer service and easy returns if you're not happy. They are very expensive products, I would advise being very cautious buying from here unless you are certain you know this type of product will be comfortable for you.

The customer service is stellar
The customer service is stellar! I couldn't use the eye steam pads for my dry eye condition, but instead of issuing a return prepaid label as requested, they gave me a full refund and asked me to keep or gift it. Incredible! In this day and age such friendly, empathetic service is much needed and they stand out above the crowd.

They didn't include a cleaning bag with the mask
They didn't include a cleaning bag with my PRO mask even though I paid 100 EUR for it. Their support wrongly asserted that it was not included anymore. I know it's false because the leaflet inside says explicitely that a cleaning bag is supposed to be included. They say that they will "look into it". I have no hope since all the replies of their support are AI-generated. I don't think I spoke to a human... For a 100 EUR product I expect a premium experience, but they can't get neither their packaging nor support right. I will be sure to look elsewhere... Cheers
