I would really like to thank Kerry at Mantlestates for all the help she gave me with buying my flat. She was so friendly and approachable, and full of enthusiasm. I really appreciated her professionalism and warmth; she had a really good relationship with the seller, which really came across when I viewed the flat and made it a very positive experience. I know she worked really hard after the exchange of contracts to make sure the completion happened on time after some problems. She was genuinely happy when it all came together and came to drop off the keys on moving day, which I thought was really considerate. I can highly recommend Kerry and Mantlestates. Whenever I called, whoever answered always seemed to know who I was. I think they provide a very customer-friendly service.

caring, hardworking and focussed
I would not hesitate to recommend Mantlestates! We sold our house through them recently and they provided an excellent service. Through no fault of theirs several sales fell through however everyone in the office remained 100% focussed on selling our house and worked tirelessly to find a buyer. Everyone at Mantelstates works as a team and they were genuinely interested and caring about ensuring we had a sale so we could go ahead and purchase the house we had fallen in love with. They made sure they knew about our house and its locality and I knew I could totally trust them to help any potential buyer see our house in its best light. I appreciated them not being too pushy but nicely knowledgeable. Once we had a buyer they did all they could to move the process along. They were always at the end of the phone and responded quickly to any queries. Kerry, Tony and Barry were all lovely to deal with. I can't imagine finding a better Estate Agent!

We have just sold our property through mantlerstates. From start to Finish Kerry provided us a first class service. With any problem that cropped up, she was there to help us out. No matter how big or small. We were constantly updated with the sale progress. It was reassuring to know we always had Kerry at the end of the phone line. We would recommend anyone selling in the local area to consider using Mantlestates

Kerry was great from start to finish
Kerry was great from start to finish. She was helpful, friendly and always in contact. It really felt like she was on our side and wanted to get the best outcome possible. She was approachable and always available. A probate sale for my family which was handled with sensitivity.
