Great products, great customer service, happy shopper!
Got matching bags for me and my wife as an anniversary gift. Had some complicated delivery requirements and the team were quick to respond and went above and beyond to get them to us! Thanks guys, rare to see good customer service these days!

Nice bag, unacceptable customer service
On the first look the product seems to be nice. I bought it as a gift, so I can't give any further reviews here. However, the customer service is very poor or virtually non-existent. The order stated that there were no additional costs such as customs or delivery costs, but I have now been submitted an invoice from FedEx for customs, import sales tax and a service charge, other than the information on their website and order processing. According to their information all corresponding taxes are paid and no further payments are needed in connection with the order. Beyond that, I did not receive any feedback on my request by e-mail. This leaves a very bad impression, which is why I cannot recommend mahileather.

I recently ordered The City Backpack, a Classic Wash Bag, and a Passport Cover as a special 50th birthday gift. I am absolutely thrilled with the purchase! The quality of the leather is fantastic, the craftsmanship is beautiful, and the personalized details made the gift even more special. What truly sets MAHI Leather apart, however, is their customer service. Being an international buyer (from South America), I encountered an unexpected local handling fee from the courier upon arrival. I reached out to their support team, and Mahi was incredibly responsive, professional, and proactive. True to their "no unexpected fees" promise, they guided me through the process and quickly issued a full refund for those local courier charges without any hassle. It is rare to find a company with such high-quality products that also genuinely cares about its customers and stands by its policies. I highly recommend MAHI Leather and will definitely be purchasing from them again!

Genuine hand crafted leather travel bag set arrived in about a week. Customized quality present was so excited to gift to my dad for his special birthday. Definitely worth the price. Looks way more expensive!

Great After Sales
Known MAHI for a while now, ever since my husband got the Columbus bag. It’s only gotten better with age and keeps bringing me back for more leather goods. The 5 stars, though, are as much for their amazing after-sales service. My bag arrived with misaligned pockets, and Camilla from the MAHI team immediately arranged a replacement. The original bag? One child of Malaysia is now happily enjoying it. ❤️
