I ordered something on March 19
I ordered something on March 19. I still haven’t received any type of confirmation but they did take the money out of my account for the items and still haven’t shipped saying the order is on backorder so I asked them to just refund me my money because my trip is in a couple of days and I still haven’t got anything scam. Please be aware this is a scam.

Scam, don’t pay attention to the reviews from 2024 they are legit scamming people. I never got my order that I placed over a month ago they have no tracking updates and now they are talking really nice keep saying they going send my order to the office to see what they can do. It’s a scam. The clothes are cute online but I promise they are scamming us.

Paid $150 for an Item That Was Not What Was Advertised
My dad purchased a cropped faux fur jacket from Maybel Love’s website as a birthday gift for me. The jacket was advertised with photos and a video showing a waist-length crop and short faux fur. Shipping was stated as 7–10 days, but delivery took nearly three weeks. Although the company claims to be based in Miami, the item shipped from China. When the jacket arrived, it was not the product advertised. The fit, cut, and material were completely different from what was shown online. The jacket I received was extremely cropped, barely covering the chest, and had long faux fur rather than the short faux fur shown in the promotional video. It looked nothing like the photos. The item arrived without tags, and the only label inside the collar said “Fashion.” In contrast, the jacket shown on Maybel Love’s website clearly displays a hanging tag from a different brand, confirming that the item sent is not the same product being advertised. This is not an issue of sizing or preference. The product delivered is materially different from the product advertised. My dad has contacted the company multiple times requesting a refund due to deceptive advertising and failure to deliver the item as described. Despite being provided clear evidence, Maybel Love has refused to issue a refund and will only offer store credit. Store credit is not an acceptable resolution when the product received does not match the product advertised. I was able to find the exact jacket I received listed on Alibaba for approximately $18. My dad paid $150 through Maybel Love for this item. The lack of transparency, refusal to refund, and clear discrepancy between advertised and delivered products are extremely concerning. This company is overpriced, difficult to deal with, and misleading. I would strongly recommend avoiding Maybel Love.

BUYER BEWARE, I ordered items on October 28th, still haven’t gotten them, contacted them several times, on their chat website, because that’s the only way, to contact them… it’s still in process, and they won’t cancel the order and refund my money…..
