Wouldn’t even give it 1 star!
Purchased 2 phones after having to return the first one for marks all over a premium device. Second one turned up with marks on it. I specifically phoned to ask for better packaging and they didn’t bother after saying they would. Lost charge pretty quick and got red hot when charging. Not exactly a premium device is it. Wouldn’t even give it 1 star! Absolutely abysmal service!

Customer service was rude and did not…
Customer service was rude and did not respond to my issue. Kept disregarding what I said and the evidence I provided and tried to shoo me away. The repair team denied my repair and further damaged my iPad leaving a big scratch on the back of it. They claimed that I scratched it myself even though I have pictures prior to shipping the iPad. Absolute terrible service, and would stay clear of this seller.

Scam be aware before purchase
Please be aware when purchasing from Loop Mobile. I ordered a high-value Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6, which was delivered within two days. However, after using the device, I found that the battery was draining extremely quickly. As a result, I immediately requested a return. Loop Mobile provided a DPD return label, and I dropped the parcel off at the Post Office. This is where the real problems began. When I checked the tracking information on the DPD portal, it only showed that the parcel was at the depot. After contacting DPD, I was given a case reference number, as they informed me that the parcel could not be properly tracked. At present, I am chasing both Loop Mobile and Amazon, but unfortunately, I have still not received my refund, leaving me unable to purchase a replacement device. In hindsight, I should have avoided this seller. I have since come across several comments from other customers who have also experienced difficulties getting their money back. Sadly, Amazon's A-to-Z Guarantee it's just namesake Please be carefully before purchasing a mobile phone from Loop Mobile.
