I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing from them. Their products are cheap and defective and despite paying their extra fee to return, there is no way to do so. No one will reply to my messages. Now I have to go through my credit card company. Stay away!

Reliable seller, but quality is mid.
Hmm I dont have a short answer here. I bought a solid gold charm (among other things) and for it being over $200 and only 9k i would've expected it to be more substantial. It's fairly delicate, which just doesn't make sense to me. Overall I would say their prices are high, for what the items are. Their customer service is decent, I ran into an issue with a coupon code and they wrote back to me with a new one, although it took them days to respond. My other pieces from them are not solid gold, and the $100 ring has not faired well on the band's plating, and the stone is a bit darker than pictured. Overall I would say most items are not going to be worth it. But you will get what's pictured, and the stuff is pretty. Packaging is mid, cute tissue paper and a linen bag, with a jewelry care cloth. Overall feeling is 3.5 stars.

Not willing to exchange the size of a ring or refund. It was the esmerald ombre engagement ring not a style you wear on your pinkie lol. So poor costumer care.

Entitled business owner
The owner of this store actually went viral for a bad reason, she has since deleted her apology video. Basically she demanded her child to have the window seat from a stranger but she didn’t buy the seat at all. When the poor lady refused, she posted about her online. She has since deleted and blocked all negative comments on her official instagram. I will not support a business where the owner is an entitled mom.

I purchased a custom ring and it was damaged, negative review never posted under the listing page
I purchased a custom ring. One of the stones was clearly chipped. It was a $400 piece and took 9 weeks to receive. I expected much higher quality. I left a review on the ring with photos of the flaw and it still hasn’t shown up as a review under the product. I do feel like they are purposefully not posting negative reviews, or delete them.
