Rank Tracker Professional: inaccurate results and no refund
**Rank Tracker Professional: unreliable results and no proper support** I purchased Rank Tracker Professional on July 30, 2026, mainly because I wanted to monitor many keywords without relying on my own IP address and constantly having to solve Google CAPTCHAs. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. With Safe Query Mode enabled, Rank Tracker failed to find my website for the keywords I was monitoring. The same keywords were actually ranking in Google, in several cases within the Top 10. I carefully configured the search location, including country, region, city and address. I also followed the troubleshooting suggestions and performed many different tests: reduced search depth, only one simultaneous task, longer delays between queries, human behaviour emulation and other conservative settings. The result did not improve. When I disabled Safe Query Mode and used my own IP address, Rank Tracker finally found the website, but checks became extremely slow because Google repeatedly presented CAPTCHAs that had to be solved manually. Even then, the reported positions were not always accurate compared with the actual Google SERPs. This completely defeated one of the main reasons why I had purchased the Professional version in the first place: avoiding the problems associated with using my own IP for automated rank checking. I documented the issue extensively and sent screenshots showing the settings and the different results. I also opened support ticket #95799 and performed the requested tests. I requested a refund on the same day I purchased the software. The refund was not issued. I subsequently sent several follow-ups, but after providing all the requested information and evidence I did not receive a satisfactory resolution or further meaningful assistance. I also cancelled the automatic annual renewal. Software problems can happen. What I find unacceptable is paying for a professional tool, spending considerable time troubleshooting and documenting a reproducible problem, and then being left without a solution and without the requested refund. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Rank Tracker Professional.

I’ve been using SEO PowerSuite for about six years now, and it has become one of my go-to SEO tools. I love that it gives me access to multiple tools in one suite, so I can handle keyword research, website audits, rank tracking, and backlink work without constantly switching between platforms.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I contacted them regarding a billing issue with my subscription. They replied quickly, took the time to research the problem and they made it right. Good customer service is hard to find these days. These guys standout.

Slow and clunky
Slow and clunky. Similar tools are worth the price difference. If you insist on buying this tool, wait for a 70 to 90% discount offer. However, do not expect a refund under any circumstances

Feels like a scam or is one
Feels like a scam or is one! We don’t use the product anymore (to slow, needs to much time to process, Computer is blocked for hours, needs research and tweaking of the computer settings so that application doesn’t not freeze). This is after 4 years license payment and 3 years of use. After that said it is important that you know how they charge you and there is no way back after renewal is done they don’t refund because there internal payment policy doesn’t allow refunds 😂😂 Of course it doesn’t allow refunds. I think that would half there income or more! Guys, if you like to use this software (I don’t suggest!), pay and then immediately stop the automatic renewal or they will charge you like us after 3 years again for 3 years! If my company would work like that’s in our country, a judge would stop that for shure because charging after 3! without any way of refund isn’t normal and fair.
