I'm actually surprised by the negative…
I'm actually surprised by the negative reviews I'm reading.. nothing but a great service from them..from initial enquiry and booking even had to call and change the day was given great service..my daughter and her friends had an excellent time..I would definitely recommend them..driver was nice and polite too.. thank you for giving my 13 yr old a great birthday experience

SCAM COMPANY
They booked 3 wedding cars through Enchanted Limousines. They are now saying a week before the wedding that the cars arent available and are refusing to refund deposit. Money lost and no cars before wedding. SCAM.

This was the worst and the most…
This was the worst and the most expensive company ive ever been with! Told me to pay the deposit so i did then had a phone call 4 weeks after to say that the price has change because they did a mistake but i would loose the deposit if i wish to cancel the extra price was £250 dearer!! They said that they were going to compliment 2 bottles of champagne (even made sure that we had ids to show everyone was over 18) i poured the champagne to all the girls just to notice that it was grape juice!!!!! No champagne! When the hummer arrived i was so exited until i went inside and it was filthy my sister crawled and layed down as a joke just for her to get up and all of her back of her jeans and top was wet and brown! On the way back we had a different driver and different limo! Everything was broken and the seats were coming forward when he was speeding around corners etc. Definitely wont be booking again with them!! Id rather take the train and be clean 😂.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL The driver, Tony, was miserable, he was really rude and came across as though he really couldn’t be bothered. We tried to engage with him but he made us feel uncomfortable. We nearly had a serious car crash which resulted in us being launched forwards, so much so I have injured my back and my friend has injured her knee. Tony didn’t even look round to make sure we were OK and we weren’t seriously injured, he just carried on driving. The reason I know how the accident happened was because I could see it all unfold; Tony would not let us put the privacy window up and we could not close it ourselves because the rear controls did not work at all.Along with the privacy window, the air con wasn’t working, neither was the heating. When we got back to the limousine after the festival we got in and inside it was freezing so we asked Tony to put the heating; he said it was . THERE WAS NO HEATING. In fact the limousine was so drafty it felt like Tony has put cold air on but upon reflection I think the cold air was coming on through all the gaps around the vehicle. The vehicle is old and not in the best condition; I could feel the cold air coming in through the window seal and the door where the ash tray holder was (which came out in my hand when I was feeling where the draft was coming from). Just to give you an idea of how cold it was, one friend was curled up on a ball with her cardigan over her crying because she was that cold, another was laid on the floor with her coat over her and three of us were huddled together with only a cushion to put over us to keep warm; all the whilst practically begging Tony to but the heating; he never did even though we must have asked him six times. It was the worst 2-hour joinery home when it should have been the most comfortable way to travel after being at a festival all day. This was the worst experience we have EVER had.
