Thank you so much for bringing my Bingo safely from the UK to Lithuania.From the very beginning, everything was organised professionally. The communication was excellent, I received updates during the journey, and I always knew my dog was in safe hands. My dog arrived quickly, safely, and in excellent condition.I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for safe and trustworthy pet transport. Thank you again for everything – you are amazing! We adopted a 3 year old rescue from Lithuania and Liepins brought him to the UK. They set up a WhatsApp group where we could track the live location of the driver, so we could follow their journey, the communication was fast and reliable.

Avoid - unprofessional service
I strongly recommend using a different company, like Ronepa or any other. Our experience was stressful and unprofessional from start to finish. Lack of Preparation: We weren't told about the mandatory health examination, forcing us to find an emergency clinic at the last minute and pay extra. We weren't even added to the WhatsApp group until 10 hours after departure. Poor Communication: The driver arrived 3 hours late without notice. They didn't check the paperwork at pickup, and the vet's error they missed caused major delays at the border. We were promised updates every 5-6 hours, but only received two short videos during the entire 48-hour trip. When people asked for more photos/videos they were told "not to waste driver's time". Safety Concerns: The driver traveled for over 60 hours alone without proper rest or a second driver. The cages are small, and the vehicle is small SUV, not a proper van. Our dog was left sitting in a cage at the border for hours with no updates as pet reception is closed overnight and driver arrived past the closing time. Animal Welfare: Our dog arrived dehydrated and kept drinking for hrs like I've never seen before. His "no-spill" water bowl was completely dry and had not been refilled. Based on the group updates, there were 9 dogs in total being transported in an SUV (!) at the same time. This overcrowding might be why the driver was unable to provide proper individual care or regular updates. Unprofessional Conduct: The Lithuanian organiser was rude in communication and demanded payment before the dog was delivered even though this was not the agreement over the phone. When we complained due to all of the above issues, she responded with a laughing emoji instead of acknowledging any failures. For the safety of your pet, find a more reliable service. UPDATE: After posting this review, I received a phone call from the company threatening to involve the police because of my feedback. Instead of addressing issues, they are attempting to intimidate. This speaks volumes about their professional ethics. *Our dog was collected from Lithuania on 1 May and delivered to the UK 48hrs later on 3 May

Absolut empfehlenswert und zuverlässig
Absolut empfehlenswert und zuverlässig. Man bekommt sehr schnell eine umfassende Antwort und Termine werden eingehalten. Ich würde es immer wieder nutzen 👍🏻 auch unterwegs bekommt man immer wieder Updates und kann verfolgen wo sich das Fahrzeug gerade befindet. Sagenhaft toll ❤️ herzlichen Dank für die Fürsorge und den schnellen Transport, der reibungslos funktioniert hat. Ihr seid toll.
