Non-existent Customer Support – Faulty fan ignored Rating: ⭐
"I recently purchased the Kolink Observatory HF Glass case, only to find the bottom front 140mm ARGB fan dead on arrival. I reached out to Kolink Support (Case S/N: 001007) twice, providing full video evidence and proof of purchase, but I have been completely ignored for over 5 days. The retailer (e-shop.gr) demands a return of the entire chassis for a single faulty fan, which is absurd and impractical for a fully assembled system. I asked Kolink for a simple replacement fan to avoid the hassle and shipping costs, yet they haven't even bothered to acknowledge my emails. Extremely disappointed with the lack of after-sales service. If you value your time and support, look elsewhere. A company is defined by how they handle issues, and Kolink has failed miserably."

optische Hingucker aber etwas "anstrengend" zusammen zu bauen
Die Bestellabwicklung verlief einwandfrei und entsprach genau unseren Erwartungen. Es gab absolut nichts Negatives zu berichten, jedoch auch keine besonderen Highlights, die hervorzuheben wären. Die Lieferzeit war im Durchschnitt, was für uns völlig in Ordnung ist. Die Verarbeitung des Gehäuses (Rocket Komplex 2) lässt sich als gut einstufen. Allerdings sind einige konstruktive Mängel vorhanden, wie zum Beispiel nicht vorgeschnittene Gewinde und logische Fehler, die die Montage etwas erschweren können. Für diejenigen, die nach außergewöhnlichen Designs suchen, gibt es aber definitiv einige ansprechende Optionen. Alles in allem haben wir mit der Bestellung und dem Produkt eine solide Erfahrung gemacht.

I ordered Kolink PC case with glass side panel from different seller. The case was damaged in transit and seller didn't want to help. Offered 20 euro for trouble but no full refund or replacement. I then reached out to Kolink for an advice, to find out where could I purchase the side glass, but they were nice enough to offer replacement glass. How kind and customer oriented is that! I'm so grateful. Thank you so much, especially Gregor, who looked after me. Much appreciated 🙏

PC CASE: CITADEL (Germany > EU) MESH: Blk: +ARGB
Edit: changed to 5/5, price was too good. CITADEL MESH BLACK [Inc. 3x ARGB FANS (2F, 1R), A 16 ARGB Fan Controller (WHY!!?? 21 ARGB FANS, 16 ARGB CONTROLLER, I Can't Address 15 RGB lights in the CASE!?) The rest of the case is simply excellent. I wish I wasn't so annoyed about having to buy another controller. I must assume it kept costs down. The price IS excellent for what I got. Edit: It's well machined and finished, on checked surfaces the paint has no gaps. Assembly slots allow installation and location of everything expected without problem. Cable tidy solution is acceptable and up to standard. The glass panel is good, I decided to avoid the front Glass option as this option: -is Lighter, -has better air throughput, -Eng. This should be quieter, -there was no advantage for dust resistance, -I think it's cheaper. It's quiet, not silent so if that's a gripe, choose a different option. I like it!
