False marketing
This website is absolutely horrid and its impossible to find anything, the app is even worse and the false advertising google sayin soak city has 23 slides but then the website and app only show 10.

A Perfect Day at Knott's Berry Farm
I recently celebrated my birthday at Knott's Berry Farm with a group of friends and had a fantastic time. The park was clean, well organized, and the staff was friendly throughout the day. The rides were a lot of fun, with something for everyone in our group, from thrill rides to more relaxed attractions. We also had lunch in the park, and everything went smoothly despite having a larger group. One thing I really appreciated was how easy it was to spend the entire day there without feeling rushed. It brought back a lot of great memories while creating some new ones. If you're looking for a fun day with family or friends, Knott's Berry Farm is still one of Southern California's best values. We'll definitely be back.

I am a Gold Season Pass holder (Client ID: 2344945) warning the public about severe internal ticket fraud and predatory customer service at Knott’s. On Sept 6, 2025, my friends and I activated our season passes at Soak City. We explicitly and repeatedly told the gate staff we did NOT want to redeem our promotional "Bring-a-Friend" tickets. Unbeknownst to us, an employee activated my guest pass anyway and withheld the data. Park admission logs prove that exactly ONE MINUTE after I scanned into the park, an unknown 40-year-old woman scanned into the park using my stolen Buddy Pass. The security photo clearly shows a total stranger with only 1/4 of her face visible a massive security failure. I asked the manager if that was normal she replied "no," but then proceeded to say "it doesn't matter she was your friend." When I discovered this on Dec 11 and brought my friends to report the breach, the park supervisor was incredibly hostile. She aggressively called us liars and claimed the stranger "must know me" simply because she was standing near me in a crowded, single-file gate line. I was forced to pay $70.00 out-of-pocket for my guest's admission. I have filed formal complaints with the BBB and the California Attorney General. I demand a full refund for my compromised Season Pass and the $70.00 ticket fee.

Best Park in the World
Best Park in the World! If you are thinking of going to Knotts, Do it! It is by far my favorite park, (Dollywood is my second) The theme around the whole park makes you feel like you are in a Ghost town, or a boardwalk. My favorite rides: 1. The log ride (Timber mountain log ride) This is one of the best rides ever, it takes you on a journey of what I would be like to be back in the 1900s in a log milling camp, there are 2 Drops, one in the DARK!! and one and the end, the whole theme of it keeps is fun and very relaxing. 2. Silver Bullet. A fast roller coaster with a big drop, what else do you need? 3. Ghost rider. A wooden roller coaster were you can break your neck, but go super fast, Very fun in the dark too. Hang Time. Ahh yes. Would you like to tangle 150 feet up in the air looking down after you go straight vertically up? and then get launched down on a very smooth coaster? Food. Please get a funnel cake, Please for me, thanks! Boysenberry festival: Best food with pass, super yummy. Dates to go: The best times to go are right after schools get back after a break, Such as September and early October, and January, February, and some of March, Be sure to check "Is it packed" For a crowd tracker.
