Endlich ein seröses Unternehmen
Nachdem 2 Unternehmen versucht haben, mich über den Tisch zu ziehen und mehr zu verrechnen, bin ich auf dieses Unternehmen gestoßen. Obwohl ich den falschen Flughafen angegeben habe (SAW) und dee weiter entfernt ist, wurde der Preis nicht geändert. Ich werdedas Unternehmen auch für die Rückfahrt beauftragen und bin positiv überrascht. Vielen Dank!

Great for first time visitors
We found the Istanbul Welcome Card to be worth it. Getting into all the included attractions was very simple with the QR codes you are sent the day before your card activates. The price is comparable to simply paying admission to each site, but you also get skip the line access. We were able to see all four sites (haiga sophia, Topkapi palace, basilica cistern, and the free blue mosque) in one day since everything is close by. We decided to pay extra to enter the harem at the Palace with was worth it. We took the tram to get to the boat cruise. In order to set up your SIM card you need to message your order number to a WhatsApp number, but having data immediately after getting off the plane was very useful. The only issue was the transit QR codes. They did work, but the scanners are very finicky and you need a lot of patience for them to scan. Make sure your phone brightness is all the way up and try to block extra light with your hand/body. Also note that despite saying that the codes are valid on “all metro lines”, you are unable to use the M11 to the airport. Transfers are not available so each time you get on a line you need to scan a new code.

Good overall but had issue with Topkapi ticket
Bought a combo pass that included Topkapi Palace. Arrived at the meet point to get my ticket for that and they told me it only covered 1/3 of the palace and that I would have to pay more to go the other 2/3. That said, I posted a review and they contacted me and issued me a partial refund. That does not solve the fundamental issue, however, which is that I bought a combo ticket that did not include all of the Topkapi Palace, which was not clear at the time of purchase. The cistern and Hagia Sophia tickets were delivered directly via my email and the process was smooth for entry.
