i BOUGHT THE PRODUCT 10 DAYS AGO AND IT DID NOT ARRIVE. I HIGHLY RECOMEND TO BUY THE PRODUCTS IN AMAZON. THE WEBSITE HAS SERIOUS SHIPPING PROBLEMS I WILL RATE THE PRODUCTS AS 4 OVER 10. THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU INFORMATION . IAM TRAVELLING ON MONDAY AND IT DID NOT ARRIVE EVENTHOUGH I PAY FOR THE SHIPPING.

Uso i prodotti ISDIN da molti anni
Uso i prodotti ISDIN da molti anni, consigliati dalla mia farmacista di fiducia. In particolare, ho cominciato ad utilizzare i solari, ovvero la crema protezione 50 e il doposole con pantenolo, che hanno evitato delle possibili brutte scottature. Di recente, ho acquistato anche la protezione viso spray e quella per il cuoio capelluto e i capelli, che ritengo ottimi prodotti. Lo spray ha una consistenza leggera e lavora anche come ottimo fissante per il make up, mentre lo spray per capelli va dosato e utilizzato alla corretta distanza, altrimenti si rischia di ungere i capelli. Poi sono passata ai prodotti viso, che mi hanno particolarmente soddisfatta. Ho utilizzato per un mese circa la crema idratante per pelli miste (di colore verde), dotata di applicatore, e la mia pelle è notevolmente migliorata in termini di morbidezza e minore infiammazione. Ho utilizzato la crema, in combinazione con il siero idratante all'acido ialuronico e il siero contorno occhi all'acido ialuronico. I prodotti non ungono, hanno una consistenza ottima, che lascia la pelle fresca e profumata. Ho partecipato a diversi incontri in farmacia con i consulenti ISDIN, che consigliano i prodotti più adatti a seguito di analisi della pelle, oltre a fornire numerosi campioni per la prova dei prodotti, per testare la sensibilità della propria pelle. Ho avuto modo di ricevere anche dei regali, accumulando punti con l'acquisto dei prodotti, che mi sono sempre stati recapitati con puntualità e integrità. Sono assolutamente soddisfatta di ISDIN e credo sia uno delle migliori aziende cosmetiche sul mercato.

I received a k-Ox- EYES cream sample with my order, at the moment I used the cream burn my under eye skin, that’s occurred 1 month ago and I still have the burn mark on my skin. Be careful use this cream. Customer service is terrible

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. I placed my order on June 29, and as of July 6, it still shows as "Preparing" with no updates. I contacted customer service through the live chat, but the responses were extremely slow, and I repeatedly had to ask if the representative was still connected. Poor communication and a lack of urgency made the whole experience frustrating. I expected much better service.

Publicités pop-up ISDIN intrusives
Très désagréable système de publicités pop-up ISDIN en bandeau inférieur sur ma messagerie privée Gmail. Avec notamment pour ce qui me concerne 2 pubs de ISDIN subies en 3 jours sur mon adresse perso. Alors que ma messagerie est formellement configurée en paramètres de sécurité avec un REFUS STRICT des pubs displays. Le consommateur courant est déjà submergé quotidiennement par une avalanche de pubs pléthoriques. Quand les firmes vont-elles comprendre que la surcharge leur nuit? Se voir imposer une pub non demandée entraîne de plus en plus un sentiment de rejet de la part du consommateur. Pub display = NON au produit, d’office! Que ISDIN se réveille, c’est une dépense stérile!
