Very disappointed at their false claim of free returns
One of the products I bought is absolutely horrible. First of all, it was unclear that it is actually a sunblock, not a makeup foundation. It's like putting white paste on your face. I went to see the return policy and it claims that they offer free returns, however, when you go to the return section, and you go to print a label, you are charged eight dollars for the label. How does that qualify as a free return? I am very, very disappointed in this company and their product.

I bought 2 CC cream Nude Glow and 1 was defective(completely liquid) the other was the wrong color. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They did not exchange not refund my money.

I was double billed by a reoccurring…
I was double billed by a reoccurring order which I never set up, and when challenged about it, they want me to pay to send the product back, when it was their fault. Customer service is TERRIBLE!! Don’t risk losing your money to these people.

Loud commercials.
Why do your commercials come at full volume? It's extremely irritating. I have to trun down the volume every time. Knock it off.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Do not order from the it cosmetics website. Lost orders and when prompted to initiate a lost package claim, the call disconnects. Finally got through when I pressed to place an order. 2 weeks and I’m told the package is in transit somewhere. Paid for 3-5 day shipping. Out $50.
