I couldn’t be more impressed...
I couldn’t be more impressed with the customer service from Envision Technology. I bought my TV wall mount from them many years ago and recently bought a new TV. I contacted them to ask for advice on how best to use the existing mount and get the new TV at exactly the right height, while working around existing cabling and a plug socket without having to drill new holes or replace a perfectly good mount. Their response was exceptional. They replied quickly, provided annotated images to show me exactly what to do, and genuinely went above and beyond to help. This was particularly impressive given that I hadn’t purchased anything from them recently - I was simply asking for help with an old product. The mount has served me brilliantly for many years, and their customer service has made me just as confident in buying from them again when I need to. Excellent company and exemplary customer service. Highly recommended.

Great company, great products
I recently bought a refurbished item from their official ebay store and was very impressed with both the product and the customer service. There was a missing part that the company promptly sent, with an apology and a partial refund all 3 within a day! Best customer service I've seen in a while, very impressed, highly recommend them.

Top quality products, great customer service
What a great company to deal with. I’ve used a lot of of their tilt swivel low profile TV mounts and they are about the best. Want to make a special mention to Victoria in customer service she was absolutely brilliant when I had a small issue and got it resolved immediately. Highly recommended.

I recently acquired a second-hand Invision MX150 monitor arm. Unfortunately, the previous owner had lost the main C-clamp to attach it to the desk. I contacted Invision's customer support, fully expecting to pay for a replacement part and shipping. I was assisted by Lorna, who was incredibly fast, professional, and helpful. To my absolute surprise, she arranged to send me not only the missing clamp but the entire fixing kit, completely free of charge! It is incredibly rare to find a company with such a generous and efficient after-sales service, especially for a product bought second-hand. A huge thank you to Lorna and the Invision team. The arm itself is incredibly sturdy and well-built. I highly recommend this brand to anyone! Rafael
