Highly recommend avoiding Hushed. I was charged for another month of service even though I could no longer properly access or manage the account. When I contacted Hushed and told them to stop the billing, support instructed me to log into their webstore and cancel the subscription there. Then they turned around and told me they could not even locate a Hushed number under my email address. So somehow the company can continue charging my credit card, but cannot locate the account when I ask them to stop billing it. I have receipts and the support emails documenting this. This should not be the customer's problem to untangle. Extremely frustrating experience and I would not recommend trusting Hushed with a recurring subscription.

they charge you 54 dollar for a simcard which wont get any code, like if we live in 2000s and we need a simcard to make phone calls only! and phonecalls in side that country! like if i was there i wouldve buy simcard from this shitty platform.

I bought a lifetime plan because I wanted to keep my phone number for a long time. Unfortunately, my number eventually expired, and I was told that I would need to pay for a monthly plan if I wanted to continue using the service. In the end, I lost both the money I paid for the lifetime plan and the phone number I was using. The most frustrating part was the customer support experience. The representative I contacted was not helpful and did not try to find a solution or properly explain what happened. I was simply told that my number had expired, with no real assistance or options provided. After this experience, I cannot recommend this company. I would advise anyone thinking about using their service to be very careful and think twice before making a purchase. Eventually, after losing my number and receiving no satisfactory support, I decided to delete my account. This was a very disappointing experience.

I purchased a lifetime Hushed number, so I was understandably disappointed when my line expired. When I contacted customer support, I was told that lifetime numbers expire if they aren't used for six months. I wasn't aware of this at the time, but after checking the terms and conditions, I found that this is indeed stated. However, the same terms also say that Hushed will send a reminder around 48 hours before the number expires. I checked all of my emails and messages and never received any such notification. I raised this with customer support, but they simply dismissed my concern and offered no solution or goodwill gesture. I'm disappointed not because of the inactivity policy itself, but because Hushed didn't follow its own process for notifying customers before a lifetime number expired. Losing a lifetime number without receiving the promised warning, and then having customer service refuse to address it, has left me with little confidence in the company.

Support reached out to me and offered a solution. Despite this, there are obvious bugs, or I still don’t fully understand how it works. I mean the time tracking, rates - because nothing is being deducted anywhere for me. In short, I don’t know what to do about this situation. I’ll keep an eye on it and hope it resolves with an update or something. Thanks to the Hushed team for their prompt support service; we’ll monitor it, but the situation was certainly unpleasant. The problem: "Bought the Lifetime plan just over a year ago, when it was still a thing. Had its limits but the deal was clear- buy add-ons, do more with your number. Nope. Support told me today that buying an add-on like international calling wipes your whole Lifetime plan. So you pay for extra and lose what you already paid for. For LIFE. Super disappointing, and it straight up contradicts the terms I bought this on barely a year ago."

Auch nicht für Geld. Unclaimed ist fair. Claimed gibt das Mikrofon — nicht den Radiergummi.
