Since we have had hyperoptic we have…
Since we have had hyperoptic we have had drops when gaming. We complained lots at the start and their fixes never did much but we made peace with this. It worsened recently and through minimal research identified the fault. We informed hyperoptic who advised they could fix this if we paid £5 extra per month but agreed to trial the fix for one week. Instead they applied an incorrect fix and now we have had no Wi-Fi for 3 days despite paying for it and spending over 10 hours on hold over this weekend. They are both incompetent and inefficient. I do not understand the positive reviews as as soon as there is an issue their pace and action is glacial.
