The poor (slow) communication is frustrating
The poor communication is frustrating. I placed my first order with Horizon Hobby last weekend and didn't realize that the plane and transmitter were on backorder. I ask if I could switch the plane that was on backorder with one that was in-stock and apparently they can only reply to one email a day. It has been painfully slow getting answers from them. I'm just getting back into this hobby with my sons and apparently I need to find a better option to get our supplies from.

I have always loved Horizon Hobbies ...
I have always loved Horizon Hobbies and Tower Hobbies. My thoughts are if you know your going to run out of a product then the smart thing to do is next time you order more so customers dont have to wait till back orders come available I found what i needed on ebay and i didnt want to go there but some times ya gotta do what ya gotta do .

Terrible Customer Support
I ordered a set of losi aluminum shocks from racechoice RC for my losi nascar and did not receive the plastic spacers for the top mounts of the shocks in my package. I fought with that company for two days and they said horizon hobby had sent out many packages of the losi los-1931 Aluminum shocks with half of the packages missing the spacers! They gave me such a hard time getting the missing parts from my order that I turned to Horizon hobby for help which was much worse. First email I got from them was "why not just return it from where you bought it". If I could have I would have but again Racechoice RC gave me a hard time. Going to leave a review about them on here as well. Needless to say Horizon hobbys chat is worthless, email is slow and condescending and you get absolutely no phone support. I own many of their products so the support for my RC cars are non existent in my experience! Very unhappy with this company!

orderd a set of tires and the new clear…
orderd a set of tires and the new clear losi late model body. my credit card was run for the total amount. tires were send but body was not. talked with an agent and had to be the rudest call. said the card was declined, called my bank and it was not declined. what a scam they are running.
