Waited six weeks for a silver ring set
Waited six weeks for a silver ring set. Received a gold set. Company stated because I ordered a free necklace that held up the order. Asked would I like free earrings. Replied no I wait for free necklace. They sent earrings Company completely incompetent please don't waste your money.

Earring pair doesn’t match
I’m very unhappy with my order, UK000003161. It took 2 weeks to arrive, which was already disappointing. I ordered a pair of earrings, but the pearl colours do not match. I raised this with your team, and after taking 2–3 days to respond, I was told that natural pearls may vary in colour. This should have been clearly mentioned in the product description before purchase. No reasonable customer would expect to receive a pair of earrings that do not match. I was then offered only a 15% refund, which I do not consider acceptable given the issue. Since then, I have followed up and have received no response for the past three days. At this point, I feel completely ignored. I would appreciate a proper resolution to this matter as soon as possible. Please respond promptly with a more suitable solution.

My error on ordering was dealt with very quickly. Very friendly, professional and easy to contact. My skull and star rings are amazing! I'm hoping they'll start making the full skull ring in gold as I'd love to buy that one too.:) 😀

I received my silver dragon with pearl…
I received my silver dragon with pearl and its stunning. Its even better then the picture and fantastic quality. I got it for my daughter's birthday which is not until next month but I had to give it to her straight away. And I luv it so much im getting myself one next pay. Couldn't be happier with this product.
