AVOID AT ALL COSTS – predatory practices and total loss of funds** Booking with Green Motion Morocco through a third-party site is an absolute trap. Be extremely cautious before handing over your credit card or dealing with this company. Once you arrive, they hit you with an outrageous security deposit requirement of over $5,000. The only way out of this absurd hold is to purchase their massively overpriced, unnecessary in-house insurance to lower the deposit threshold. When I refused to tolerate these sneaky practices and cancelled the rental on the spot—without ever taking the car off the lot—they refused to refund a single penny of my rental cost or the insurance fees. The staff on-site are highly trained in aggressive tactics and act deceitfully with a smile. To make matters worse, their customer support is completely useless, ignoring legitimate concerns and spitting back vague, canned responses. They won't even answer calls or cooperate with major travel platforms like Booking.com or Expedia when agents try to intervene. Save yourself the stress and money—book with a reputable provider instead.

Escroquerie à l´agence de Marrakech egalement. Nous avons reservé via easyjet, leur terminal ne fonctionnait pas avec 3 cartes de credit!!! 1h30 sur place, impossible de recuperer la voiture tout comme les autres clients qui attendaient. Easyjet jusqu´à ce jour traine des pieds et pretend n´avoir pas reçu les reponses aux emails suite à notre reclamation. Bizarrement nos cartes fonctionnaient dans une autre agence de location! ON NE VOUS LAISSERA PLUS FAIRE. BANDE D´ESCROCS. A VOMIR!

من اسوء الشركات التي تعاملت معها كانو سيئين جدا في التعامل والتنقل ومكتبهم خارج المطار وبعد اكثر من ساعة من الانتظار افاجأ انني يجب ان ادفع 50 يورو عند ارجاع السيارة لان المكتب خارج اوقات العمل في الليل وسرقو 300 يورو من الوديعة وعند اتصالي بهم قالو هذا تأمين مع انني استأجرت السيارة مع التأمين الشامل وكان المبلغ بين الايجار والتأمين اقل بكثير من 300 يورو وشرحت لهم الامر وان تأميني كذا وكذا وقالو بصريح العبارة نحن ليس لدينا علاقة بذلك التأمين المدفوع عن طريق الانترنت. شركة لا تستحق نجمة واحدة

SCAM,SCAM,SCAM.. please use alternative rental company. Today I attempted to collect my car that I booked and the card I used to make the deposit apparently was not being processed and either limited funds as claimed by the customer service agent Mourad! However the card used i had for over 25yrs and used it in many rental countries, contents without any issues. I used 2 other credit cards to see if that makes a different but 1 card was not even connecting and the other he claimed also only had limited funds. Mourad the suggested that I pay less deposit and more towards the car rental as that normally gets accepted. Left with very few options surprise surprise the transactions went through even though he said that there was a block on my card! As he sits behind the desk and inserts your card himself out of view, it appears that he changes the settings to prevent payment going through till you agree to there terms to extort insurance coverage to further increass the cost of your rental. Being a Muslim country this is the highest of treason and theft in the simplest forms, Mourad I hope you can sleep well at night as the money that you and the company extorts from people only allah will take from you one ounce at a time of reckoning. Inshallah
