I wish I would have read to reviews on this company before hiring a car from them we to have been scammed by them the original hire was through last minute for £134 with full comp insurance but when we went to pick up the car we was told that the insurance taken out was not adequate enough to take the car so we had to pay a further £215 from my debit card for appropriate insurance once we payed we was then told my credit card was not accepted by them to take deposit so had to attach my partner to booking which was a further £171 so we could use her credit card I explained to them that she only holds an automatic license and we are hiring a manual car so the insurance would not cover but they wasn’t fussed about that. Only seemed like they wanted my money. We are now back in the UK. I noticed a charge on the credit card for €300 when I emailed them to ask what this is for they said smoke was detected within the vehicle as they have smoke detectors. I informed them that me and my partner do not smoke so this is strange, but then also looking at the time that is stated on the report that they’ve given us is false as me and my partner were in our hotel room speaking with family members at the time so their data is incorrect. I would strongly recommend not using this company unless you want to be ripped off and them making up false ways to fine you please do not use this company

Statene alla larga, hanno lo stesso copione già scritto per tutti i clienti: ti presenti al desk e se le inventano tutte per addebitarti costi extra non dovuti, il loro guadagno non sta nel noleggio ma nell’incassare i soldi senza averti dato la macchina. SONO DEI BANDITI STATE ATTENTI!

Servizio pessimo. La macchina fornita ad Elmas non era in linea con la categoria (era stata scelta VW polo o equivalente pagando sovrapprezzo rispetto alla categoria "Lancia Y o equivalente" e mi è stata fornita una Lancia Y. La macchina presentava una spia motore attiva e mi è stata fornita in tale condizione, inoltre al rientro, senza nessun tipo di comunicazione mi sono state trattenute 725 euro senza spiegazione/dettaglio o rapporto dell'avvenuto. Mai piu, per il resto ci penserà il mio avvocato. STATENE LONTANI

Negazione ingiustificata del servizio – Pratica intollerabile Sconsiglio vivamente l'ufficio Green Motion di Cagliari. Dopo aver preteso il pagamento di un'assicurazione extra esorbitante (nonostante avessi già una copertura totale pagata online), il personale ha risposto alle mie legittime contestazioni accusandomi di maleducazione. Hanno usato questo pretesto per negarmi l'auto già interamente saldata. Una condotta commerciale intollerabile e priva di qualsiasi etica professionale.
