I have 16 Gosund WiFi switches
I have 16 Gosund WiFi switches. The first 4 I bought are still working well. The other 12, purchased 2-3 years after the first 4, have all had problems. Mostly, inability to connect to WiFi or randomly turning the light/fan on and off (which is kind of creepy). So it’s goodbye Gosund. Apparently, you once had a terrific product, but you incompetently re-engineered it into junk.

Terrible company and light switch
Terrible company and light switch. I highly recommend do not buy anything from them.. the light switch break after one year and they refuse to replace it even if it’s under warranty. That, customer service is terrible. I feel I got scammed by them and the only thing they do is apologize when they don’t have any solution.

Complete failure
I have 4 switches wifi connected and every few days they disconnect from wifi and I have to remove the device and reconnect them in order to access them, so almost every time I am outside home and I want to access them they seem offline and I cannot change the status from on to off or reverse. Complete failure. Some years back gosund worked perfect. This year is a complete failure. App is updated and in latest version and I have also tried 2.4h and 5h wifi options.

Bought 3 gosund wifi switches
Bought 3 gosund wifi switches. One connected to wifi and works perfectly. One switch will not connect no matter what you do to it. Wifi connection is great, works great manually but if I wanted that, I could have bought a 0.98 switch instead of a $25 one. Third switch got chunked in junk drawer with 20 year old coupons that are just about as useful. I see this review will make no difference as other ones haven't. Would I purchase again, NO. Would I recommend, NO. I will be replacing with another brand since gosund is truly an unreliable and a very untrustworthy brand. Truly disappointed a company that charges these prices would go for sales rather than quality.

Useless Smart Bulbs and unhelpful people
I ordered 4 Gosund smart bulbs from ebay and had 5 days trouble trying to connect them - they just would not pair. After this I sent messages to their help people; they suggested lots of ways to connect them but none of them worked. I then bought some smart bulbs from another company beginning with the letter 'G' and ending in the letter 'e' and had no trouble at all connecting them. This shows that it was the Gosund lights that were the problem, not me. The second lights I ordered from the other company (I ordered two of them) paired almost immediately, and soon after I was controlling them with my Alexa. You can guess who's smart lights I will be using in the future! Please Google 'trouble connecting Gosund smart bulbs' before considering buying them. Adittion: 14 May 2025 - Gosund promised to contact me later, they never did! Finall comment. 16 May 2025: This company does not have a creditable customer service team. They make promises and do not follow up on them. From my experience with them they are absolutely hopeless. I have thrown their Gosund (so called) 'Smart' bulbs in the bin. They are only 'smart' at not working. Needless to say I will never use any of their products again - but I don't suppose that they even care about that either.
