Amazing!
I bought a GPD Pocket 4. Such an amazing product, with fantastic hardware! I've been using it for the past three months and haven't experienced any issues! I really love this GPD product!

Everything was fine on GPD's side of things, DHL screwed up the 1-3 delivery day window kept shipping it across different states for days one representative said it was a technical error another said it was a weather delay I finally recieved the purchase a week later and GPD is refunding me the delivery cost which I very much appreciate I'll do business with them again in the future but not use the DHL shipping method they offer

Arrived well, performed very well, only a few small issues
The order arrived on time as as described, without any damage. The Pocket 4 itself has been amazing, capable of handing just about any game and task I've thrown it's way. It punches far far above it's weight when compared to it's size. The only drawback is that the fans do have to work awfully hard under serious loads. My only real complaint has been that I've had to troubleshoot a few issues with screen rotation and the GPD fan control/power draw apps, which seem a bit finnicky.

The product is of exceptional quality, and the shipping was incredibly fast. I'm a science fiction author, and now I can take my mini-computer with me wherever I go and write while surrounded by nature. Thank you, GPD.... Kind regards, YUNA ASADA

Inconsistent Support
I liked the performance and overall build quality of the device. It felt solid and played well. I believe my unit was defective with one of the triggers pads wearing/sliding easily so it made the trigger stick slightly when pressing. Main reason for the low score is the initially helpful and responsive customer support. After sending replacement pads and still not able to get the trigger to the quality it came in, I reached out inquiring about a return. I noted the device was out of the 30 days and support confirmed such, but reassured me they would still offer to repair or refund. I took them up on this to refund the item as I felt the issue I was having shouldn't reappear consisitently for such a premium device. After shipping my device back I was met with their support only attempting to fix the device and would not accept a refund. They claimed it was outside of the return window. I didn't appreciate this lack of consistency.
